30,000 bus passes purhased for $700,000 is $23 for each pass. That is real cheep! Nomal people pay $45 for a monthly pass, which is $540 a year. ASU gets the same pass for $23.
Another oddity is the contract says ASU will be billed for 79.8 cents per boarding. Again that is real cheep!
Normall bus passengers pay $1.25 to get on a bus, while the actual cost to provide the one way trip is about $5 per boarding.
