Unprecendented attack on Gaza

by will it never end? Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008 at 10:17 AM

Gunmen have attacked the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) in Gaza City and blown up its library, burning thousands of books, its director says.

Militants bomb Gaza YMCA library

Eissa Saba said 14 men overpowered the centre's two security guards before placing bombs in the library and main office. The latter did not explode.

The guards said the gunmen had asked them why they worked for "infidels".

Gaza, which is controlled by the Islamist group Hamas, is home to 3,500 Christians, mostly Greek Orthodox.

A number of Christian and other institutions regarded by Muslim extremists as un-Islamic have been targeted by armed gangs over the past two years in the coastal territory, the BBC's Katya Adler in Jerusalem says.

So far no-one has claimed responsibility for the attack, which has been condemned by all the main Palestinian factions.

Hamas, which ousted the rival Fatah movement from the territory in June, has said it is looking into Friday's incident.

The YMCA in Gaza City is a social institution open to Palestinians from all communities.

Is this journalism?

by Or just a piece of crap? Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008 at 7:50 AM

This is typical of the zionist propaganda mill.
"Palestinian gunmen"
You have not provided even one URL or any other link, primary source of anything but a piece of zionazi crap.
We don't know if these 'gunmen' were even Palestinians and not mossad agents or stooges like Hamas is.
Typical.
So now the zionazi lobby will provide many links to various zionist rant/hate sites of 'verification' to push this propaganda.
Their methods are well known and predictable.

"Palestinian gunmen"

by identity crisis Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008 at 1:40 PM

It is equally likely, if not more so, that this was a false flag op by agents provocateur wearing costumes.

These things happen a lot. Usually, the desired effect is achieved, and the perps' true identities are never found out. Every once in a while, though, they get caught in the act.

The posting of the usual staged photo ops of 'costumed bombers' and the like w/o any references will be hidden.
This is juvenile and an obvious fraud. It's what zionism requires to color their victims and will not be tolerated.
