UC San Diego was the location where CNN host Lou Dobbs was confronted by at least 40 protesters who came from grass roots organizations to university students. On November 11, 2007 Sunday evening we welcomed Lou Dobbs and his supporters with signs that read “try telling the truth dirtbag”.

Border Angels organized the protest that began at 6:00pm and ended at 8:30pm. We from Mexica Movement took the drive down from Los Angeles to help confront this unofficial spokeperson of the KKK and white supremacy. The highlight of the evening was when Lou Dobbs decided to come and speak to us, the protesters.

Manuel Alderete from Mexica Movement demonstrated how we Indigenous people (mix blood and full blood) of this continent should confront white supremacy. We have the responsibility to remind white supremacist like Lou Dobbs and their non white puppets that Europeans are the only illegals on this continent since 1492.

This European illegal invasion that began in 1492 has led to the problems (gangs, drug abuse, poverty, etc) that today are killing the Mexican, Central American, and Native American decent communities. Let’s remember that Mexicans, Central Americans (mix blood and full blood) are an Indigenous people.

Next time you drive pass a day labor center, notice that the people you see there looking for jobs are not Germans, English, or Irish, they are in their majority full blood Indigenous people. Indigenous people that migrate from white controlled colonial countries of Mexico and Central America to another white controlled colonial country known as the USA.
