Rosalind Peterson's investigative report is quite readable and well researched. She has been writing about this issue since the "super storm" hurricane season of 2005. I think that Katrina, Rita and Wilma -- three category-five hurricanes in three months -- opened a lot of people's eyes. The occurrence of an unheard of pair of category-five storms against Australia a few months later removed all doubt for many weather researchers.

I'm pleased to say that we at The Lone Star Iconoclast were the first newspaper to publish an analysis of weather warfare, in August of 2006. My editor, W. Leon Smith, did an editorial on the HAARP program, based in Alaska, which is the likely culprit in weather warfare. In the same issue, I published a military intelligence analysis of possible catastrophes that may be inflicted on the American people as a means of establishing domestic dictatorship or initiating world war. The article is based in part on my experience with the 2005 hurricanes, from my front row seat in Houston, Texas:
