While driving around Long Beach, CA I found a Homeland Security ICE bus parked on the side of the road. What were they doing?

On October 23rd, around 1:00 PM as I was driving down PCH, I spotted a HUGE Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement bus parked on the side of the road. I snapped a few pictures on my camera phone. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what they were doing in Long Beach. It was across the street from the Barnes and Noble and where the Tower Records used to be. It was on PCH in between 2nd street and Loynes street.

It's way too nice to be used for picking up illegals and it would attract a bit of attention. Remember It's immigrations AND customs enforcement. Long Beach happens to be home to the largest port in the US. You are surprised that there are customs people down the street from importers and customs houses?
