The Daily Independent, A local Ridgecrest, California newspaper asks readers "Is a Minuteman group in Ridgecrest a good idea?"
The poll is linked to the American Patrol website and is getting hits in the positive from the bigoted sensationalists who frequent that site. It just seems odd that a supposedly 'respectable' mainstream newspaper would provide a forum for sensationalists and bigots such as those who make up the Minuteman Project.
