Protesters peacefully marched downtown to the Federal Building. The group said "No more" to the recent ICE raids and arrests against the Mexican and Central American community.

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES - On Wednesday night, a couple dozen protesters began this year's protests marches a few weeks early, before the Gran Marcha, scheduled for March 25.
The group marched from Olvera Street to the nearby Federal Building. Protesters carried signs that declared "Stop Deportations" and "Legalization Now!" A candlelight vigil was held as several participants were led in prayer by a member of the clergy.
Even though Federal Building security guards were on the scene, the event was totally peaceful and solemn.
Members of the media were in attendance. It is likely that another protest/march will take place next Wednesday night, following the same route.
