This Saturday, Feb. 10, all progressives are encouraged to join pro-immigrant organizations, including the ANSWER Coalition, at a counter demonstration against the racist, anti-immigrant "Minuteman Project" and "Save Our State." Both are neo-fascist groups. Minutemen members and supporters will be marching through Hollywood that day to support two U.S. border patrol agents and one deputy sheriff who were convicted of shooting unarmed immigrants.

Join us this Saturday to denounce Minutemen hate and expose them as the racists they really are. Bring banners and signs to show your support for immigrant rights.

SOS and the minuteman are in support of criminals. They have said they dont support criminals but they do support 3 of them.

The Department of Homeland Security on Wednesday apologetically retracted staff members' comments that two Border Patrol agents convicted of shooting a Mexican drug smuggler had told investigators they intended "to shoot Mexicans."

The department's inspector general issued the retraction at a congressional hearing as the department released a previously sealed report into the conduct of the two agents, Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean.

Congressional pressure to remove the two agents from prison - either through presidential pardons or by releasing them on bail pending appeal - intensified Wednesday after reports that fellow inmates assaulted Ramos over the weekend.

The case has become a cause celebre among conservative groups, which contend that Ramos and Compean were railroaded by overzealous federal prosecutors who gave the drug smuggler immunity to testify against the two agents.

U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton of San Antonio has defended his handling of the case, saying the agents seriously overstepped their authority by attempting to cover up the shooting of the smuggler, Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila, and destroying evidence. They began serving their sentences last month. Compean faces 12 years in prison, Ramos 11.

The Homeland Security Department, which includes the Border Patrol, released its inspector general's report after four Texas lawmakers demanded the document to compare it with information from a briefing that department staff members gave them in September.

The aides told the lawmakers that the two agents had admitted to investigators that they intended to "shoot Mexicans." But Inspector General Richard L. Skinner said under questioning by Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, that the statements were erroneous, and he apologized.

The report also contradicted statements made in the briefing that the two men knew that Aldrete-Davila was unarmed and didn't pose a threat. The report contained a transcript of Compean's account to investigators, in which he said that he and Ramos were trying "to kill the alien" because they thought he had a gun.

McCaul described the errors as serious misrepresentations that painted a distorted picture of the case.

"My complaint here is that they weren't forthcoming with all the evidence," McCaul said.

Skinner told McCaul that his aides apparently misquoted a statement that the two agents were attempting "to shoot the alien" after they received a telephone briefing on the case from Texas. But he said that exchange had no bearing on the outcome of the criminal case and occurred after the trial in El Paso.

"It's innocent, unintentional," Skinner said, adding that he saw no need to punish his staff.

Several Republican lawmakers demanded that the two agents be separated from other inmates or be transferred to a low-security prison. Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., also called for the dismissal of Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Harley Lappin if the inmates aren't protected.

Ramos is serving his sentence at a medium-security prison in Yazoo City, Miss., and Compean is imprisoned in Ohio. Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., said Ramos' family told him that the agent's injuries are more severe than originally reported and include bleeding from an ear and possible signs of paralysis in his left arm. He said a nurse examined Ramos, but that he hasn't seen a doctor.

Reps. Walter Jones, R-N.C., and Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., blasted President Bush for not intervening in the case, with Rohrabacher hinting that he would consider pressing for impeachment if either of the two agents was killed in prison.

"The president has lost my respect because he will not step forward and do what's right," Jones said.

In the rise of the nazi party in german, there were jews who collaborate with the nazi party. They have no idea the nazi were against them. So, it is the same that there are a few minorities in the minuteman. Still, the minuteman dont have any minorities in the ranks. Why is that? hmm.... care to answer?

I've met some Minuteman participants who are of a race/ethnicity other than Caucasian. I told them that the leadership won't tell them everything, which I know since that was the case with me with I was involved. But no matter what I say, they blow it off and continue to defend the Minutemen with their presence. And for some of the participants, it wouldn't matter if I showed them a video of Gilchrist and Simcox drinking beer with muscular skinheads with swastika tattoos. They always just blow off everything and give the same usual reply like oh look at all the members who are not white, this is about the law, blah blah blah. When I state some specifics on what I've seen, they just come up with some maybe as an explanation and seem to hold onto it as if thinking if it could be true, then hey it is true!

I do know one thing and I'll make it perfectly clear again. When I was involved with them, Debbie Sattler was absolutely against the idea of having any Stormfront people and Nazis involved. She got mad and fiercely told two of them to "get out of here!" at a Lake Forest city council meeting. I have footage of that meeting. She, along with Robin Hvidston, stood by me and supported me when I was trying to find out about why two Stormfront people were involved in the campaign. This was when we were questioning the grassroots manager Eldon, half brother of Mary Parker Lewis. Debbie also emailed us saying she went in and yelled at Steve over this, I assume Steve Eichler. On Sept. 24 of 2005, she made it perfectly clear to me that she quit SOS(at that time) because of the involvement of the Nazis. That SOS got one of their large banners from them. That Joe Turner let the Nazis rally with them. I don't recall if she used the word "invited" as in Joe calling them up to come and rally with SOS. I'm not saying she said that. But she did say Joe let them the Nazis rally with them and I know that in that conversation, that is exactly what she was saying. That's something I always remembered since that day.

As for what Gilchrist was really doing with the two Stormfront people, I'm still not totally sure nor have I claimed to know. But as far as I know, he has not offered a public explanation while acknowledging the fact that they were involved in his campaign and some capacity. The fact is already out, verified by some of their own. He can't dodge around it. I'd like to keep bringing this up, without being too repetitive, and keep reminding people that he's still not responding. Until he comes clean with that fact and offers his explanation, this is not resolved.

Just saw the rebroadcast of the NBC news, taped it on the VCR, and recorded it with my camcorder since it's the only way I can put it on youtube. The footage shows video with Minutemom operating the video camera and the leader of the San Diego Minutemen being angry and striking at the camera(or her?) with his hand. The news reporter states that it was over ownership of the tapes, assuming footage that Minutemom recorded with a video camera.

Wow.

Recently her youtube account was suspended. The nature of one of the videos she had on there, showing what may be a Minuteman or supporter making homophobic comments to an apparent day labor worker, is probably one of the reasons or the reason for the account suspension.

Male abusing female? I've met Minutemom in the San Juan Capistrano rally on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007, a couple weeks ago. She wasn't a yeller from what I recall. Didn't shout out things that hardly made sense or exclaimed profanities like that guy in the Gilchrist had did. She seemed level headed and even calm. She even provided commentary for one of my videos on my youtube account, which was kinda weird. Basically I found her to be a rational, normal-behaving person. As for the guy seen in the video shown on the NBC news? I don't recall ever meeting him and I probably haven't. Simcox-like control freak? Temper tandrum?

Fight over ownership of video footage? What kind of footage? Hmmmm. I don't suppose I could encourage her in this post to show any footage, footage that other Minutemen would not want to be seen. That would look kinda sneaky of me indeed. But if she's reading this, I encourage her to gather up all the footage. If it's your camera and tapes, keep them. Secure them. Hide them! Don't let them go. It's all yours. KEEP THEM!

It's always a low IQ that's the answer to this not-so-mysterious question. There are still about 28% of the American populace that supports, applauds, and defends the war crime atrocities against humanity being committed by the Bush regime and every one of those who still support the butchers suffer from low intelligence.

So it is with the non-white white supremacists that sign up with such hate cults. They labor under the mistaken belief that they're not racists and that their white ringleaders aren't racists. Poor intelligence is the problem.
