Somewhere Over the Barricades

February 23: An informal Formal

You are cordially invited to attend "Somewhere over the Barricades," an informal Formal.

This all ages dance is open to all friends and supporters of Pittsburgh Organizing Group. This is a safe space, everyone is welcome!

Friday, February 23
7:00pm
St Bede's Activity Room, 509 South Dallas Ave, Point Breeze
+ donation goes towards legal costs for March 2 anti-war protests.

Tunes by DJ Rose What

Big bowls of punch! Vegan and non-vegan snacks! Cheesy photography!

There is no dress code. Let your creative self go. Formal, exotic, inventive, traditional, black-tie or street clothes. Just remember it's all ages so make sure you wear something. Relive your prom (minus the annoying chaperones), preview your prom (but way better), make up for the prom you missed, or just have a good time with good people.

Bring a date or wait for fate! You can come by yourself, with friends, bring one date or ten, whatever social arrangement you prefer.

RSVPs requested but not required. Paying in advance is encouraged but not required.

Click here to pay (and don't forget to say it's for the formal)!

Even if you can't come, please donate anyway. The money all goes to Pittsburgh Organizing Group's legal defense fund, which will aid arrestees from our action to be held on March 2 (see http://organizepittsburgh.org/m2).

To RSVP or for more info contact us at pog@mutualaid.org.
