From NETHERLANDS- The EU has announced a series of reforms to become more energy self-sufficient and increase the use of renewable energy sources, leading the world into a "post-industrial revolution." Anti-nuclear protests are continuing at the home of the UKs nuclear submarines in Scotland, with politicians from other countries getting arrested. A review of the international day of protest hoping to close down the US concentration camp at Guantanamo Bay.
From CUBA- Despite 3 bombs in the Philippines a regional summit will be held. Chinese police killed 18 suspected terrorists in a northwest autonomous region. An update on the 6-party talks on the N Korean nuclear question, and China hopes that Japan's recently announced upgrade to a full defense ministry will not create imbalance in the region. The oil pipeline dispute between Russia and Belarus, which resulted in reduced oil to Europe, was resolved on Wednesday.
From CHINA- Daniel Ortega was inaugurated on Wednesday in Nicaragua, a return of the Sandanista party after a 17 year absence. Wednesday saw the third day of US airstrikes in Somalia, killing farmers and cattle, which the new head of the UN said was regrettable.
From RUSSIA- A commentary on the effect the execution of Saddam Hussein will have on the war on Iraq and Middle East instability.

If you just want to listen and have a slow connection, try the streaming version- lower sound quality but good enough and way easier if you don't have a high-speed internet connection. If streaming is a problem because of your slow connection, download the smaller file- it takes 20 minutes or less, and will play swell in any mp3 player application (RealPlayer, Winamp, Quicktime, iTunes, etc) you have on your computer.
