Eric McDavid's Lawyer Files 28 Pre-trial Motions

On Tuesday, December 19, Eric McDavid's attorney Mark Reichel filed 28 pretrial motions in federal court.

On Tuesday, December 19, Eric McDavid's attorney Mark Reichel filed 28 pretrial motions in federal court. The motions deal with a variety of legal issues including outrageous government misconduct, suppression of evidence from illegal searches and wiretaps, the production of discovery and identification of the FBI confidential source known as "Anna". The motions will be available for viewing in PDF form on "www.supporteric.org" later today. There will be a hearing on these motions on February 6th (except the general discovery motion which will be heard separately).

Next month marks the one year anniversary of Eric's incarceration. Eric has not been convicted of any crime and continues to maintain his innocence. Please consider writing him a letter.
