You are quoting the washington post... about the concerns of business owners and workers..... but, this little quote does not mention the people of Oaxaca boycotted URO's capitalist Guelaguetza and organized la Guelaguetza popular. The Guelaguetza was held. People got together to eat, talk, dance and share. This year the Guelaguetza was organized by the people, for the people, not to rake in lots of money URO.
oaxaca vive! la lucha sigue! ni un paso atras!
