This article should show that Laro Nicol was a political prisoner. In this case Michelle Chavez the manager of a Glendale bank stole 1,723 from her bank. She got a 5 months in prison.
Laro Nicol didn’t steal a penny from anyone. Laro Nicol didn't hurt anyone. Laro Nicol didn't defraud anybody. But Laro Nicol did commit a victimless crime that didn’t hurt anyone. Laro Crime? He had a part that could have been used to convert a gun into a machine gun. And remember the part was never actually used to convert a gun into a machine gun. Laro just had the part.
The Federal Court sentenced Laro Nicol to two years in prison for his victimless crime which didn’t hurt anyone. While the same Federal Court sentenced Michelle Chavez to a mere 5 months in prison for a crime that involved stealing over 0,000.
Laro Nicol is obviously a political prisoner and was punished for his political views with the draconian sentence of two years in federal prison.
