Recently, I, Kurt Brown, Auditor Sauvant, alias Saint Ram Bone, of Mobile Audit Club did some investigating in Baldwin County Alabama. It appears they have run amuck and I fear collusion is running rampant in the county....thereby, remember class I in accounting....
"When there is COLLUSION, all audits are neither reliable nor relevant." The County Commission President Lipscomb said there were no irregularities or violations for two years, "running", in Baldwin County audits when he was in front of my camera at their public meeting.
The Baldwin County Treasurer Williams is appointed. There are a lot of other issues other than inmates being charged monies for being jailed. Often inmates are held there for two or more years awaiting prison and they can not pay. It is cruel and unusual punishment to throw them back into jail for not being able to pay jail rents for their incarceration, especially when you have a treasurer being appointed, thereby collusion is likely, and all audits are coming up free and clear most likely due to collusion.
The Baldwin County Sheriff's deparment should not have control of funds either. I was assured they do not. I do not believe them.
I Kurt Brown was a bank examiner for the federal Deposit Insurance Corporation until 2000. I am a degreed accountant from Univ. of So. Alabama and I need a job. I lost my job at FDIC in 2000 for talking about the murder labeled suicide of the regional director of the FDIC San Francisco in early 1990's. Some people tried to kill me and cornered me in 2001. I was frightened and starting carrying a gun with a permit. Sheriff Jack Tillman took that permit on 4-3-2001 at the city council gate of Mobile Alabama when I was going to report emaciation of prisoners. I left Alabama and was arrested in Los Angeles parked next to a VA graveyard.
I am a disabled vet and the fed will not rehire me as a bank examiner. I NEED A JOB AS AN ACCOUNTANT, preferably as a state auditor. Can someone assist after they have taken a look at Baldwin County again. You better look closely at Baldwin County because the Treasurer is not elected. He is appointed by the County Commission, which is a violation of the rules of sound structure in government and business to avert and avoid collusion. .

Also, be aware that the Baldwin County Cattle and Fair Association went from 10 to 15 million in costs and the commission and treasurer are allowing the purchase of 15 acres and 10 days leasing of the place for 300,000 dollars. The purchase and lease should be separate for accounting purposes of valuation.

Are you brave enough or are you just too corrupt in the Alabama governor Riley's s pocket who also has a huge stake in the land and or Baldwin County Cattle and Fair Association.
