I used to live in Redondo Beach for many years and I can tell you first hand that the Redondo Beach police have many racist elements (If the whold force is not in on it - which may be the case).

The Redondo Beach police are notoriously violent and will not refrain from performing a beatdown on anti-racist protestors.
