Before worldwide emotions get whipped into a frenzy over the Israel/Lebanon situation, let's catch our collective breath and consider a few facts.

Facts such as this: Lebanon is just one of seven countries against which the Neocon-led Pentagon was, by late 2001, planning war. These seven countries were to be attacked over the course of five years; Iraq was the first of the seven premeditated wars.

Sudan--whose natural resources include not only oil but also uranium--is another of the seven.

But don't take my word for it; take it from retired General Wesley Clark--a former Democratic Presidential hopeful, an Arkansas pal of Bill and Hillary Clinton, and CNN's "military analyst" from 2001 to 2003.

Clark writes on page 130 of his 2003 book, "Winning Modern Wars":

"As I went back through the Pentagon in November 2001, one of the senior military staff officers had time for a chat. Yes, we were still on track for going against Iraq, he said. But there was more. This was being discussed as part of a five-year campaign plan, he said, and there were a total of seven countries, beginning with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Somalia and Sudan.

...He said it with reproach--with disbelief, almost--at the breadth of the vision. I moved the conversation away, for this was not something I wanted to hear. And it was not something I wanted to see moving forward, either. ...I left the Pentagon that afternoon deeply concerned."

So there we go. Five years; seven premeditated wars.

All of this is consistent with the US Neocons' master plan, "Rebuilding America's Defenses," written in 2000 by PNAC, the Project for the New American Century led by Rupert Murdoch-funded William Kristol. And as PNAC's website (www.newamericancentury.org) notes, the lead author of that plan was a top official of Lockheed Martin--a company well acquainted with war and its profit potential.

For now, perhaps Libya has been taken off the war list. But do an Internet search on "Neocon Egypt Saudi Arabia," and you'll see that some of the world's Neocons want to attack both Egypt and Saudi Arabia--and Libya is just west of Egypt, while Sudan is just south of Egypt.

As the frenzy builds and disinformation mounts regarding Iran, Syria, and Lebanon--and as many well-intentioned liberals are all but BEGGING the Pentagon to go "stop the genocide" in Sudan--remember that all these wars were planned years ago.

When you consider Sudan and the situation in Darfur, also consider what Professor Richard Heinberg notes in his recent book on our energy situation; that the U.S. has enough uranium to power our CURRENT collection of nuclear power plants for only forty more years or so.

If a military draft becomes necessary to carry out all the premeditated wars, remember how it worked in World War 2; maximum "draft age" was not 25 or 29 years, it was 39 years of age. And anyone young enough to be drafted but not medically fit to serve was virtually REQUIRED to abandon their career and find work in the military-industrial sector.

Above all, keep in mind Webster Tarpley's observation in his 2005 book "9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in USA"; the observation that "NEOCONS PREFER WAR TO PEACE."

Israel and the US don't necessarily see eye to eye on strategic issues, despite the fact that the zionist political mafia has leveraged moles into certain key executive-branch positions. Those guys are still Cheney's and Bush's bitches, but more importantly those of the truly demonic motherfuckers for whom Bush & Cheney themseves are PR lackeys. Nobody fucks with these shadow-lurkers, not since a guy named Kennedy tried it once. Despite the popularity of the "Israel has conquered the US" line of thinking, these oligarchs' interests still rule the day in Washington, and Israel is still (as always) essentially their geopolitical chess piece.

This doesn't mean, however, that Tel Aviv doesn't enjoy considerable autonomy on matters of strategic self-interest. Key lackeys have to be accorded a certain amount of freedom lest they thumb their noses, snap their leashes, and become loose cannons.

The difference between US and Israeli interests is underscored by Washington's 'death list' of certain countries scattered around the world it obviously considers either key bastions of anti-imperial resistance or key reservoirs of all-important resources (read: "oil. oil. oil. heh-heh. twitch. oil. twitch. twitch-twitch. heh-heh. oil."). Many of these countries are of no interest to Israel and in fact it would be stupid of Israel to start shit with them. A black hole of pure evil Israel may be, but it's not stupid. A short list of such countries would include Cuba, North Korea, and quite a few in South America, most prominently Venezuela (word is the US has now launched Contra-type operations against Venezuela from covert bases in Colombia)

Israel places a higher priority on keeping certain next-door neighbors smashed down in every way so that their ability to put together meaningful military assets remains hopelessly impaired. In this sense, Lebanon is a prime target since it can be maintained as a buffer zone between Israel and Syria, thus limiting Syria's potential direct routes into Israel. The key exercise here is keeping Lebanon's ground-based air defenses permanently smashed -- same thing the Amero-Nazis did to Iraq. The airport attack fits very neatly into this and is identical to certain key Amero-Nazi airstrikes in Iraq.

Lebanon is in addition a favorite object of zionism's unequalled hyper-sadistic hatred, probably because there are so many displaced Palestinians there.
