By exposing her nature as a fascist puppet, GMA now decidedly put on the military uniform of dictator Ferdinand Marcos and is ready to wage her all out war against all opposition, armed or unarmed

Los Angeles – Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo had shed off her last pretensions on respecting human rights by naming her AFP Chief of staff and the most notorious military officials into her area commands. By exposing her nature as a fascist puppet, GMA now decidedly put on the military uniform of dictator Ferdinand Marcos and is ready to wage her all out war against all opposition, armed or unarmed.
Not only that she named her foremost lapdog- Army General Hermogenes Esperon as AFP chief of staff, she raised the foremost human rights violator into the rank of area commanders- General Romeo Tolentino as Army Chief to replace Esperon and the notorious human rights violator, General Jovito Palparan from division commander of the 7th Division in Central Luzon to Northern Luzon area commander.
Pesante-USA sees this promotions as ominous signs that the US-Arroyo regime’s callousness and don’t care attitude has sunk to the lowest levels. She never cared if her regime has been condemned by Amnesty International, the CBCP and many human rights organizations.
More than 700 activists have been killed since Arroyo assumed power in 2001. This year alone more than 110 persons have been killed, scores are missing or being detained by the military.
The US-Arroyo regime is trying to outscore the US-Marcos Dictatorship in its bloody record of suppressing the Filipino people. In this aspect. The Arroyo regime is more deadly, more blatant and far more worse than Marcos.
But one thing is sure. The US-Arroyo regime will suffer the ignominious fate of the Marcos dictatorship. Like all other fascist regime, it will be overthrown by the people and will be condemned to the dustbin of history!
