U.S. President George W. Bush (L) jogs with Iraq war double-amputee U.S. Army soldier SSgt Christian Bagge, of Eugene, Oregon, along the jogging path on the South Lawn of the White House in Washington June 27, 2006.
Bush, who was afraid to fight in Vietnam, does not deserve the company of men who were not afraid.
The Devil (George Warmonger Bush): "Sorry to Oil the Flag Draped Coffins, the Lost Limbs, and the Iraq Massacures but Oil comes First. Fill her Up ??????"
The wanker who posted that pic knows nothing.....the fact is that when President Bush was with the 147th Fighter Group here in Houston he did volunteer for duty in Viet Nam but was refused because he was flying F-102 Delta Daggers and didnt have enough stick time to go...that is a matter of public record and was in his service record that was released several yrs ago........Digery Doo Doo is simply hoping that people who read his post dont know any better or have forgotten....we havent
Most men Bush's age that were drafted or had enlisted had already been back home for several years (many of them in a body bag) by the time he signed up for his "weekend duty" in the early 70's. Most men born in 1946 had been drafted by '68. I wonder what Bush's draft number was?
Actually Mr Bush was sworn into the Texas Air National Guard on May 27, 1968 with the 147th Fighter Group here in Houston and went on active duty for pilot training to fly the aforementioned F-102 Delta Dagger....not in the early 1970's as the previous poster alleged......there was s shortage of qualifed pilots at the time and the virtually the only other way to attain pilot status was to graduate from the USAF Academy....this is also in Mr Bush's record which was released severl yrs ago as previously stated......the above poster is entitled to his own opinion....but not to his own set of facts
