Number of reliable sources have reported at least a 1/3 of the farm looks to have been plowed under by Horowitz contractors. Caller did not see any bulldozers active this morning (10:30 am Wed.)
There are reports that Horowitz may have violated the law during the eviction process yesterday. Persons evicted have a right regain access to the property to collect their belongings. Also possessions of those eviction can not be damaged. Also it is thought that horowitz did not file with the city for a permit to operate a bulldozer or was granted a grading permit. Lawyers for the farmers are said to be planning court action.
