The Annenberg Foundation made a surprise announcement today that they have made a proposal directly to developer Ralph Horowitz to buy the land on behalf of the farmers.
The offer was delivered to Horowitz the afternoon. At this time there has been no response from Horowitz. At a press conference held at the farm at 7:00 pm tonight it was announced that all the financing for the deal is in place and that the proposal now awaits Horowitz’s response.
