Immigration or Invasion

It is one thing to come to America for a better life, education, and good jobs; it is another to come through a fence and take jobs for minimum wage or less or work in sweat shop ran by the men and women who smuggled them in trunks and aboard container ships from Asia. In Dallas the Immigration service raided a so called beauty shop which was actually a sex shop. People who wanted a better life have been forced to sleep with seven to fourteen men per day, not including children brought in my pedophile and monsters, as for our southern border it has become a spaghetti strainer, even with two regiments they will get through. In Arizona two villages facing each other, they built a tunnel from a house in Mexico to a house in the United States besides funneling drug they funneled people.

We need an immigration bill that has some power to it; I do not feel that given clemency to those who entered our country by way of jumping a fence, riding in an otr cargo box. It is this writer who feels that all illegal entry must have a punishment of be sent back not clemency and should be allowed to enter legally then apply for citizenship or residence status. Then allowed to stay with in our borders and a screening program that works retinal and fingerprint; this would also apply to student visa’s to attend school. Any of them who violate the attendance rule (which mean if they are not in class more then fifty percent) will be deported to their native land depending on the reasoning of absenteeism.

Service to ones country, any one who enters the United States and receives residence status will be allowed service in the armed forces of their new homeland, an after two tours of duty of honorable service which would be mandatory would receive their citizenship in the Republic of the United States of America.

The Human trafficking problem must be ended not by using national guard or coast guard but by augmenting the security services with Marine and Naval units to help search ships, identify forged papers an send them back to their country be it Asia, Eastern and western Europe. The men and women profiting from this trade will receive life in a Federal Military Prison with no possibilities of parole or deportation. Also there should be formed a federal internal affairs division which would guard against corruption with in the National Security administration (airport and sea port security service) the only way to stop this quiet in invasion is to reactivate ground troop units that were deactivated after the cold war. Place fire bases along the border use black hawks with thermal scopes and heat source devices. Also have LRAP (long range recon and patrol unit patrolling the ground border of California to Texas. I would also organize intervention teams of company strength to intercept all ground traffic. They would use special operations transport and jolly green giants to transfer the detainees to the pro-center. The people intercepted would go to a processing center ran by civil affairs were they would processed and given a retinal and hand scan those who tried again and they were in the system would be banned forever from crossing the border and if caught would get one year in a prison stockade then deported and that government would be informed that this man, women can never enter the United states. If I were the sponsor of the immigration bill I would rewrite it to it to be truly meaningful ………
