As I have stated previously some of Mr.Byrne's group may be dumping or manipulating U.S. penny stocks from Kuala Lumpur or Dubai,etc., This is both bad for Israelis,Americans,Arabs and anyone else who may become victim of money laundered with these U.S. penny stock shares in Dubai or elsewhere because it may fund terrorism as well as fraud.This in part is why I have made such a deal about Israel President Moshe Katsav and Gal Lusky aiding or allowing their names to be used to aid Michael Zwebner and his UCSY penny stock 'pump and dump' scam.

In truth the U.S. SEC or Securities Exchange Commission and its Chairman Christopher Cox and internet and cyber fraud zsar John Reed Stark have much to be ashamed of in allowing this U.S. penny stock fraud and money laundering with unaudited penny stocks around the wiorld and particularly in the Middle East.
