This is the next gig on our calender. I know it is smack in the middle of a work day, but if you can make it at all, plz show up for this. We will also be supporting Ted Hayes' next gig in May.

The event on Friday the 28th of April @ noon will be at the corner of Slauson and Crenshaw neat the Crenshaw High Skrool.

According to an update from Sister Herron of Mothers On the March, Fridays rally is not a Hate Rally. So thats that mean SOS will not attented?

Friday, 28th, major event: Crenshaw & Slauson, 12 noon
A Coalition of Community Activists will conduct "We Want To Work" mass demonstration, march and rally calling attention to rate of unemployment in African Americans. All groups are encouraged to participate....help us help ourselves...leave hate at home, this is a multi-ethnic event, support is coming in all colors.

Why are people giving so much free press to this nobody whose years on the streets have obviously caused him to lose his mind. Before all of this anti-immigrant hoopla, Ted Hayes was just some wacko from the streets whose only claim to fame was that he managed to build a biodome facility for homeless peope and that he once got shot by the LAPD during the DNC and was stupid enough to blame other protestors for his calamity. This guy would be about as absent on the public radar as Linden Larouche or David Horowitz, but now everybody from the 5 o'clock news to the African American and Latino activist establishment are acting like he really has an impact on what people say and think, even amongst homeless people, who could really give a s$#t. African American gang members could give a s@#t too, as many of them "do business" with Latinos on a daily basis and even have relationships with Latinos, especially in South L.A. But people have been so brainwashed by the news media's ability to divide our communities that they're bamboozled into thinking this guy has influence with dudes who'd probably rather jack him for getting on their nerves rather than listening to a goddamn thing he has to say.

America's distraction with the immigration issue has to end so we can get back to the business of kicking bush's ass out of office. Then you'll see what happends to wackos like Hayes, the minutemen, and others, since they love him so much (Hayes is also an ardent supporter of bush and the war in iraq)--they'll just be another fart in the wind. Of course we'll have to register the minutemen with the Department of Homeland Security, since once their movement is defeated in the court of public opinion (i.e. once the press stops giving them free airtime and once we also kick the governazi out of office) the remainders of their ilk will probably devolve into the American taliban. Intelligent and humane Americans will prevail over the moronic minority.
