Students from North High School reached an agreement with Principal this week to stay in school on Friday and have an assembly, then afterschool march in unison to CityHall for Demonstration.

and more are just some of the particpants from both Friday's demonstration, following from earlier in the week, a walk out from that and more school where students MARCHED up to 4 to 6 HOURS to all arrive at City Hall.

Clearly, hundreds students would not march in the rain for 4 to 6 hours if their hearts were not burning with something.

Tuesday's demonstration and WALK OUT had hundreds, much more than Friday's planned and school-condoned demonstration at City Hall.

Nevertheless, dozens of police in riot gear still awaited the school-sanctioned demonstration on Friday as well.

Students spoke out about how many people HR 4377 will affect besides just Latinos; they expressed passion and desire for equality, justice, and to be recognized as equal citizens as Mexican / Latinos.

Students also expressed anger at the many "white" students and drivers of cars who stop along their march to tell them thigns like--"go back to Mexico" or "you don't even speak Engilsh".
