Immigrant rights and progressive organizations, including the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition, are calling a march to demand justice for Guillermo Martinez on Saturday, Jan. 14, at 10:00 am. Martinez was murdered - shot in the back - by a U.S. Border Patrol agent at the U.S.-Mexico border in Tijuana two weeks ago. This crime has provoked justified outrage among progressives in both the U.S. and Mexico.

U.S. government neoliberal economic policies targeting Central America, like NAFTA and CAFTA, have pushed millions of people into abject poverty. Those like Martinez are forced to come to the U.S. to look for work. Nobody should be criminalized or murdered for attempting to survive. The racist U.S. Border Patrol and their right-wing allies in the "Minuteman Project" must be held accountable. Join us to demand justice for Guillermo Martinez!

Sponsored by: The Minutemen Watch Network, Frente Unido de los Pueblos Americanos (FUPA), A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition and Day Laborers of San Gabriel.
