Pakistan Earthquake Charity Garage Sale
Please help the victims of the earthquake in Pakistan by Donating goods to our mega Community Garage Sale that will take place on Saturday December 17, 2005 at Saddleback College. If you can't drop off items, we'll pick it up from your house. We all have things in our house that we don't use anymore, so please consider given some of those items away this Christmas. It will go towards a very worthy cause... and Please encourage your friends and neighbors to also donate items.
At least 500,000 earthquake survivors in Pakistan still have no shelter with the fierce Himalayan winter just days away. Aid workers are scrambling to get tents to survivors in high mountain areas where snow may arrive any day. But the problem is a severe lack of funds. Relief agencies warn that if they do not get adequate shelters to survivors before snow falls, thousands will die…
We believe that it’s our responsibility to do all that we can to help aid the rebuilding efforts. So it’s time to clean out your closets! Here is your chance to sell all those old items that you’ve been collecting around the house. It's not junk. It's a unique chance to meet the neighbors, and most importantly help the millions who have been devastated by the Earthquake. We’ll do all of the organizing. You just have to donate goods

-Drop off quality garage sale items during school hours at Saddleback College, Student Development office located on the 2nd floor of the SSC Building – Room SSC 208 or 210
-Bring quality garage sale items to Saddleback College the morning of Sat. Dec 17
-If you are not able to drop off items but would like to donate items please call (949) 582-4422 and you can schedule a pick-up.
100% of proceeds raised will be donated to Doctors Without Borders.
