Talk at CSULA: War on Terror and Individual Rights

Professor Bowman will talk about executive power and individual rights in the War on Terror.

This coming Tuesday, November 15, Associate Professor of Political Science Scott Bowman will present a talk on "The War on Terror and the Constitution: Executive Power and Individual Rights." The talk will take place at Cal State University Los Angeles, in the 3rd Floor Ballroom at the Golden Eagle building, from 6:20 to 7:30 P.M. This event is sponsored by the Humanist Association at Cal State L.A. and Associated Students, Inc.

To get to Cal State, take the San Bernardino (10) freeway to the Eastern Ave. exit, and go north on Eastern to enter the campus. There is also a CSULA stop on the Metrolink-San Bernardino, and the campus may be approached from the north by way of Valley Blvd., turning south on Mariondale and into the CSULA parking lot. The Golden Eagle building is in the center of the campus, near the top of the Main Walkway.
