Minutemen Facilitating High Level Cocaine Movement?

by ii Thursday, Oct. 27, 2005 at 7:13 PM

===================

Insider intelligence on the NM border reports high level cocaine traffic playing behind the facade and hype of the Minutemen. The hysteria of these misguided patriots is a sham, and is being used as a very effective cover for the movement of large quantities of cocaine. These high level movements seem to involve interstate trucking and some local law enforcement too. Many within the Minutemen are unaware of the actual use the Minutemen are being put to, although indications and interests by certain high level politicians known to be within the loop of the Mena Gang indicates that in fact cocaine movement could very well be more than a side issue as concerns these so-called vigilant Americans.

MMP and Cocaine: not entirely absurd

by Leslie Friday, Oct. 28, 2005 at 8:04 PM

Jim Gilchrist and Chris Simcox were taken over by an outfit named Politechs shortly after the first border event in April. Politechs is now running Gilchrist's election campaign and running Simcox through the cocktail circuit since he sold his newspaper. Reports are that Politechs manages the Minuteman Project mailing lists and handles their finances.

Who is Politechs? It's run by Mary Parker Lewis, neo-con insider. She was Chief of Staff to Alan Keyes and ran his Presidential campaigns. She now heads Keyes' Renew America and Declaration Foundation.

Who is Keyes? Besides being a neo-con in traditionalist clothing, his Harvard roommate was none other than William Kristol, now editor of the official neocon rag _The Weekly Standard_. Kristol also served on Keyes' 1992 campaign staff.

Who is William Kristol? He publishes _The Weekly Standard_, the bible for neo-cons. More notably, he co-founded and chairs the Project for the New American Century with the Sarah Scaife Foundation (more about the Scaife family's connection to the anti-immigrant movement later, maybe).

As Wikipedia puts it, "Some have raised concerns that the [Project for the New American Century ] has been proposing military and economic domination of land, space, and cyberspace by the United States, so as to establish American dominance in world affairs (Pax Americana) for the future . . . . Some analysts argue that the U.S. war against Iraq, commenced in March of 2003 under the code name Operation Iraqi Freedom, is the first major step toward implementing these objectives."

PNAC members include Richard Armitage, William Bennett, Jeb Bush, Ellen Bork, Dick Cheney, Zalmay Khalilzad, Lewis Libby, Richard Perle, Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Wolfowitz.

If this sounds like a reach, from Gilchrist/Simcox to Parker to Keyes to Kristol, then perhaps I should mention that Parker was confidential assistant to Kristol. She was Chief of Staff to William Bennett. And she's got the MMP mailing lists and money.

Now here's the reach (but not an impossible one). Think Iran-Contra. Think of the Reagan CIA selling crack cocaine to South Central L.A. to fund the Nicaraguan insurgents.

Think current administration interest in regime change in Iran (and elsewhere). Would the U.S. government be brazon enough or stupid enough to set up shop again, launder drug money through MMP-Parker, use the clean money to fund an insurgency, and turn Gilchrist and/or Simcox into the Danilo Blandon of this decade?

I just don't know.

But if you're interested in following up, I'm (maybe wild goosechasing) after a woman named Connie Hair, former Keyes press secretary, former associate of Mary Parker Lewis (perhaps in the Deener (sp?)Group), and current spokesperson for the MMP. Any info appreciated.

Connie Hair

by drunk bartender Tuesday, Nov. 08, 2005 at 4:20 PM

Connie Hair was a B-Grade soft porn actress whose most notable accomplishment (according to imdb) was a bit part in "Vegas Heat". I saw a videotape copy - she takes part in a nude lesbian prison rape (the chick had a great rack back in the day), where she tells the victim "relax, enjoy". Later, she went on to work in the secretarial pool at Paramount Studios, and somehow started working her way in to conservative politics by clinging to Alan Keyes' coattails. In addition to the stuff above, she has acted in media roles for Free Republic and its media chapter, as well as consulting with the moribund Citizens for Judicial Something or Other that was active earlier this year and pimped by the heifer Kay Daly.

I've Got Coke

by Barry Seal Tuesday, Nov. 08, 2005 at 7:53 PM

To: MG

I've got some product in a plane in an undisclosed Central American jungle. If Jeb Bush gives the signal, a quarter ton of Colombian will be on its way to the US Mexico border. It's all set up. All we need are some patriots at the border to ensure safe passage. Get some of your people to act like tourists, and get them through the checkpoints. The brown folks will be killing each other to sell the white gold, just the way we like it.

Stranger covert-ops have happened

by Don't forget Gary Webb Tuesday, Nov. 08, 2005 at 9:14 PM

When talking about the drug trade and covert ops bringing cocaine, crack, weapons across the border, it may be useful to remember the life work of Gary Webb, the journalist who uncovered a story on the CIA bringing crack-cocaine and automatic weapons into South-central LA. He recently died of a two bullet suicide..

"Gary Webb has been dead for more than a month. In the wake of his suicide, after the shock and the mourning, questions persist as well as a nagging introspection. In tracing the arc of his life, from the mischievous editorials of a high school writer to a Pulitzer-Prize winning reporter, it becomes clear that Webb believed in the journalism that comes off the press every morning and is delivered to homes and newsstands hours later. As a reporter, he believed in newspapers. In fact, Webb’s work strengthened the foundation of North American newspapers, from Kentucky to California, but Webb was ultimately cast out of the newsroom and left to wander in exile for one single story he uncovered. That same story was later vindicated, not by his former newspaper, or the ones that attacked him, but by the very institution his reporting criticized: the Central Intelligence Agency. But he never found his way out of exile and that will haunt us forever."

article about Gary Webb and his discovery of the CIA-crack cocaine connection;

http://www.narconews.com/Issue35/article1154.html

Maybe the idea of the Minutemen being involved in the narcotrafficking from Mexico isn't so outlandish when looked at in the context of the CIA's previous activities with crack-cocaine imports in Southcentral LA..

Good journalism is maintained by diligence, persistence and perserverance. Spelling and grammer are secondary. IMC can set the standard of journalism pursuing truth if corporate media has left honest journalism by the wayside in interest of pursuit of profit instead of truth..
