The function and purpose of legitimate government is to assure the rights of all people and to secure universal peace, universal goodwill and universal economy.
Inalienable to legitimate government are all human rights, all civil rights, all economic rights and all social rights, of all people. Where these rights are not honoured, but violated, legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation.
Neither illegitimate usurpers nor illegitimate usurpation constitute legitimate government.
Illegitimate usurpation creates poverty in the midst of plenty, creates desperation, creates violence and crime, creates long and great suffering and causes early deaths, and war.
Where there is legitimate government, life is an inalienable right.

Where the ritual of human sacrifice is practiced, the legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stand criminals in criminal illegitimate usurpation. Human sacrifice, the intentional killing of any human being, is a violation of the right to life.

The ability to implement the capital crime of human sacrifice does not make legitimate the illegitimate capital crime of murder, the killing of any human being, human sacrifice. The agreement of friends, peers, superiors or subordinates, in the capital crime of human sacrifice, the killing of any human being, murder, does not make legitimate the illegitimate and capital crime of murder, the killing of any human being, human sacrifice, but implicates and makes culpable also those who have agreed. Ignorance is no mitigation. The belief that one has the right to implement the act of human sacrifice, the belief that to implement the act of human sacrifice might be good and right or legal and just, is no mitigation.
The act of human sacrifice occurring in governmental facilities and implemented by governmental power by persons theretofore legitimately having held governmental power or position of any rank or station, with any title, renders those holders of governmental positions or power to be criminals in illegitimate criminal usurpation as they destroy legitimate government and install in its place criminal illegitimate usurpation.

There is no sovereign immunity in the culpability for the capital crime of murder. Neither the holders of government power or positions, nor their agents or assigns, their servants, subordinates or superiors, in any prison, hospital or other institution, civil, military, private or public, in any capacity, by any presumed authority or rule, not kings, not other royals, not aristocrats, not professionals of any nomenclature or fraternity, not presidents, not governors, not wardens, not executioners, not military persons, not police, not any, no, not one, none are sovereign or immune from prosecution for the capital crime of murder, the intentional killing of any human being.
There is no statute of limitations for the prosecution of criminals who have committed the capital crime of human sacrifice, murder, the intentional killing of any human being.
Persons holding governmental power or positions in institutions and other places who approve, plan, coordinate, assist, participate in, or do not act to prevent the capital crimes of human sacrifice, brutality, rape, other sexual impositions and other violations of human rights, civil rights, social rights or economic rights, are culpable for these capital crimes.
There is no statute of limitations for the prosecution of persons having used governmental power or positions in the commission of any crime. There is no sovereign immunity from prosecution for any crime. Ignorance of legitimate alternatives is no mitigation.
Illegitimate usurpation of any of the powers of government is a capital crime.
Illegitimate usurpation imposes elitism and elitism’s inequity and exclusion antisocial and uneconomic, and human sacrifice by many names, to create poverty in the midst of plenty and vast and growing and hoarded riches, desperation abounding and violence, crime, long and great suffering, early death and war by many names. Where there is elitist imposition and the inequity of elitist imposition, where there is poverty in the midst of plenty, desperation, violence, crime, long and great suffering, early death and war, the legitimate government has been destroyed.
Where there is legitimate government, freedom from oppression is an inalienable right, and no person or entity has the right to treat inequitably nor to coerce nor to compel any other person or entity in matters of economic rights, social rights, civil rights, human rights or any other rights, and none have the right to compel or to impose, in any guise, religious ideals, nor philosophical ideals, nor political ideals.
Where there is legitimate government, all persons have the right to freedom of movement, to go and to come as one pleases, to come together in twos or in millions to socialize, to exchange goods and ideas and opinions social, political, economic, religious, philosophical, and otherwise, and to demonstrate or to manifest approval or dissatisfaction regarding government, its institutions and functions, and regarding other entities and theirs, or for any reason whatsoever, and where this rights is violated, where people are forced to move or to remain, in order to serve the interests and profits of any other, or in order to prevent any exercise of any right, legitimate government has ceased to exist and criminals in usurpation stand in its place. Where there is legitimate government there is the inalienable right to freedom of expression and action, speaking, writing, opinions and beliefs, or to remain silent, to organize politically, economically, socially, in matters of labour, representation and negotiations, in matters of use and regulation of public and common funds, institutions and facilities, in matters of use and regulation of public and private commercial interests, corporations, industry and other incorporations of collective power manifest impacting upon society and its economy, peace and goodwill, to participate or not to participate in any function of government or in any function of institutions or of any other corporate body real or imagined. Where political, social, economic, religious, fraternal or other philosophy not in harmony with the natural social and economic law, not in harmony with the legitimate government, not conducive to universal peace, not conducive to universal goodwill and not conducive to universal economy, but which violates rights inalienable to legitimate government, is imposed by use of governmental power or position legitimate government has been destroyed. Where people are forced to move or to remain, or prohibited from moving or remaining, to facilitate profits, dividends or other gains personal, fraternal, corporate, institutional or otherwise, elitist or inequitable or exclusive, or to facilitate political, social or economic aspirations, philosophy or religions, personal, fraternal, corporate, institutional or otherwise, elitist or inequitable or exclusive, violating rights inalienable to legitimate government, the legitimate government has been destroyed. Where representation and participation are denied in any matter of use and regulation of public and common funds and facilities, legitimate government has been destroyed.
Where there is legitimate government, freedom from slavery is an inalienable right, and none have the right to compel the labour of any, not for commercial enterprise, not for conscription or draft for military purposes, nor for any reason. To force any person into servitude is capital crime. Where there is legitimate government, all persons have to right to choose to work or to choose not to work, and the legitimate government assures all persons the right to participate in the work of the society, full employment, full pay and full benefits.
Where there is legitimate government all persons have the right to an equal share of the society’s work and wealth, a right to full employment, full pay and full benefits. It is the function of legitimate government to assure to every person the right to an equal share of the society’s work and wealth, full employment, full pay and full benefits. Hoarding of the wealth of the society is a capital crime. Excluding anyone from the economy or from equal and equitable participation in the economy, denying anyone full employment, full pay or full benefits, is capital crime. The resources and produce of the society are clearly abundant that all persons have amounts exceeding sufficient, and the gathering and hoarding of this wealth, resources and produce, to cause poverty, desperation, violence, crime, long and great suffering, early deaths, is capital crime. There are alternatives. Ignorance of these alternatives is no mitigation.
Knowingly and purposefully to create unemployment, which is exclusion from the economy and violation of the right to share equally and equitably the work and the wealth of society, of society’s legitimate government and of society’s institutions and corporate entities public and private, is a capital crime. Knowingly and purposefully to manipulate the powers of government or the functions of markets or of the economy of the society, to cause unemployment, to deny full employment, full pay or full benefits, is capital crime. To cause any person to be excluded from the economy, to cause any person to be unemployed, to cause any person to be denied full employment, full pay and full benefits, for any purpose, to create need, poverty or desperation, to create labour pools of needy or desperate workers, to extort labour at less than equitable pay, for the purpose of gaining profits and dividends, to gather to hoard the society’s wealth, or for any other purpose, is a capital crime. The use of governmental power or position to impose unemployment, or to facilitate the imposition of unemployment, compounds capital crime. Ignorance of alternatives is no mitigation.
Executives, professionals, and other responsible persons of the grand private corporations, industrial concerns and any enterprise or collective body or power manifest incorporate, licensed, certified, contracted or otherwise in association with one another and governmental institutions, deriving their powers, monopolies, profits and other uncommon privileges through exclusive governmental licence, certificates and contracts and other exclusive and restrictive restraint, their actions and inactions impacting greatly upon the society, its economy or lack thereof, and upon the social stability or instability of society, bear the same responsibilities in matters of legitimate affairs and crimes as do persons holding governmental powers or positions.
The use of governmental powers, positions or associations to facilitate the monopoly of markets, to control supplies of goods and services to increase prices to gain windfall or unearned profits or dividends is capital crime. Such criminal action causes poverty, desperation, suffering and death and it causes and is provocation of antisocial behaviour, violence, crime, conflict and war. The use of corporate, institutional, industrial or other similarly incorporated or established power or position to destroy legitimate government, to install or to empower illegitimate usurpation and criminal usurpers, to destroy or to prevent peace, to destroy or to prevent goodwill, to destroy or to prevent the requisite universal economy of society, to violate any human right, civil right, social right, economic right, political right, or any other right, of any person, is capital crime.
The hoarding of food and other essential produce and resources, by use of governmental powers or position, or by governmental licensed, exclusive, private, institutional, corporate, industrial or other collective body or power manifest incorporate, for the purpose of exacting or extorting high prices and profits, is capital crime. None have the right to gather to hoard the produce or the wealth of the society and to do so is capital crime that causes poverty amidst great and growing riches, desperation progressive and communicable, conflict among people, violence, crime, long and great suffering, early deaths and war. Neither belief in certificates and certification, disciplines, titles, ranks, grades and positions, in fraternities, hierarchies and other associations, of universities and other schools, corporations, industry, other institutions or any collective body or power manifest incorporate, nor belief in elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, nor belief in the right to manipulate the society and economy to gain uncommon wealth or power, is mitigation of the guilt and culpability in capital crime causing poverty, desperation, violence, crime, long and great suffering, early deaths and conflicts to war through the implementation of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice by and through such collective bodies of power manifest incorporate.
Let the elitist and inequitable fraternities of universities, corporations, industry and other bodies collective and manifest incorporate understand: There are no superior persons by any measure, and none have superior rights, not superior human rights, not superior civil rights, not superior economic rights, not superior social rights, and the implementation of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, and the violations of human rights, civil rights, social rights and economic rights, implementations and violations based in elitist thought and action, offend and provoke the natural social and economic law that determines life and death for specie and societies, as they, such violations, destroy legitimate government, destroy the requisite fabric of society and the requisites of peace, goodwill and economy, to bring growing poverty, homelessness, starvation, lack and want amidst growing accumulated and hoarded wealth, growing desperation and desperate acts, growing violence and crime, more and greater suffering and early deaths, conflict and war. The most formidable and effective, and destructive, antisocial artificial division of people this day is not religion, nor race, nor sex, nor nationality, nor of political persuasions, but is the artificial division based upon the imagined superiority of persons accepting and practicing the fraternal disciplines and philosophies advocating inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, disciplines and philosophies issuing from and dominating universities and their fraternities in governments, corporations, institutions, industrial complexes and other such manifest incorporate collective bodies where such persons believe themselves to be superior persons ranked and among other superior persons with superior rights economic, social, civil, political and human. Where there is legitimate government there are no superior persons by any measure, and belief in elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, or belief that such is the best that can be accomplished, or belief that such is necessary, good, legal, moral, just, right, social, economic or one’s superior rights to accomplish and implement, is no mitigation of the culpability, the guilt, for capital crimes that cause suffering and death and which destroy legitimate government, peace, goodwill and economy. There are legitimate alternatives to all violations of rights, legitimate alternatives to the implementation of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, and ignorance of these legitimate alternatives is no mitigation of the culpability and guilt of the capital crimes occurring directly, or by extended effect, in the implementation and imposition of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice.
The purposeful violation of civil rights, of human rights, of social rights or of economic rights in the denial of equal participation in government and in equal participation in the economy of the society, in the work and in the sharing of the produce of the work, the purposeful violation of civil rights, human rights, social rights and economic rights in the imposition of illegitimate usurpation and in the imposition of inequitable and unequal participation in the economy, the purposeful imposition of unemployment, the imposition of exclusion from the economy, imposition of forced labour or of unpaid labour or of inequitably paid labour, the monopoly and control of markets, the increasing of prices and the gaining of windfall and unearned profits and dividends from such purposeful impositions, and hoarding by such purposeful impositions the wealth of the society, are violations and impositions that prevent and destroy universal economy, prevent and destroy the ability of the society to produce and to distribute produce, wealth and work, prevent and destroy the society’s vital requisites, and cause the society, the people, the population, to be impoverished, and cause growing poverty, growing desperation, growing violence and crime, greater and longer suffering, more and more early deaths, and war. Such methods of gathering and hoarding the wealth are capital crimes which violate the rights inalienable to legitimate government and which violate and provoke the natural social and economic laws which determine the requisites of peace, of goodwill and of economy, and which determine the requisites of the existence and continuation of human societies.
The use of military or police power, or any power at arms by any nomenclature, to impose illegitimate government, to impose any philosophy of economy or any philosophy of the social, to impose any philosophy of religion, to impose any philosophy or belief, capitalism, communism, socialism, fascism, Nazism, Zionism, Christianity, Islamism or any other by any name, or to impose elitism, inequity, exclusion or human sacrifice, or to impose any rule or regulation not in harmony with legitimate government and the natural social and economic law, to impose any violation of any civil right, social right, economic right or human right, of any person, is capital crime. The waging of war on any population is a capital crime. The dispatch of troops upon any population is a capital crime. The existence of military institution, police, or any other institution of arms or force, can serve but one legitimate purpose, peacefully to defend and to secure legitimate government and the rights of all. Its legitimate function includes the securing of the legitimate government, its powers and facilities, from criminals and from criminal usurpation, to secure legitimate government for its legitimate function of creating and securing universal peace, universal goodwill, and universal economy. The use or manipulation of military power or any other force of arms, any organized group, mob or hoard, any manifest incorporation of collective power, by any nomenclature, to implement the capital crime of human sacrifice, to kill, to murder, to execute, killing by any nomenclature, or to violate any human right, civil right, social right or economic right, is capital crime and each individual member of any platoon, squad, wing or other division of any army, navy, marines, air force, militia, national guard, police force, or any armed group, military or otherwise, who participates in any act of human sacrifice, killing of any person, on in any violation of any human right, civil right, social right, economic right, or any other right of any person, is guilty, culpable, of capital crime. The containing of any person in a cage, in a cell, in a prison, in a camp or in any other container is a capital crime. The containment of any person in any such place serves no good purpose but creates worse conditions for the person contained and for the society whole. There are legitimate alternatives. Ignorance of these alternatives is no mitigation.
Imposition of kidnap, containment, torture, rape, other sexual imposition or brutality by persons holding governmental power or position is capital crime. Kidnap, containment, torture, rape, other sexual imposition, brutality and violations of human rights, civil rights, social rights and economic rights, are not privileges of officers of the court, police, guards, judges, attorneys or any other persons holding governmental power or position. The use of government power or position to commit any of these crimes renders the crime to be capital crime. The holding of governmental power or position confers no privilege to violate any law or right, and confers no immunity from prosecution. The introduction of false evidence or perjury, false arrest or malicious prosecution, by officers of the court, police, guards, judges, attorneys or any other persons holding governmental power or position, to achieve goals not legally achievable, for vain glory or personal aspirations, promotions, awards, to meet quotas, to establish records, to falsely justify costs and methods, to gain revenues, or for whatever other deception, is capital crime.
Ignorance of alternatives is no mitigation. There are legitimate alternatives.
Ignorance of extended consequences of illegal acts which violate the political rights, social rights, economic rights, civil rights, human rights or any rights of any person, is no mitigation of guilt in such crime. Ignorance of alternatives is no mitigation. Belief that such acts might be good, right, legal, moral, just, economic or privilege is no mitigation. Acts, the extended consequences of which cause poverty, long or great suffering or early death, are capital crimes. Ignorance of alternatives is no mitigation.
Where people with titles of artificial degrees of imagined rank conferred by universities or corporate entities or other fraternities or by other entities real or imagined, religious, political, or any, have monopolized facility or power of government, legitimate government has ceased to exist and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation.
Legitimate government does not reserve itself to any individuals, or families, or fraternities, or artificial classes or groups religious, institutional, or otherwise, nor does it exclude from equal participation in legitimate government any individual, family, fraternity or group. Where there is legitimate government, all people share equally in the government. Legitimate holders of government power or position have the responsibility to assure this right to equality.
The inability to achieve perfect social and economic equality is no mitigation in the consequences of failure to do so, and is not by any means justification for the implementation of illegitimate usurpation, elitism, inequity, exclusion or other violations of the rights inalienable to legitimate government and viable society. The inability to achieve perfect equality, in the sharing of governmental power and function, by no means justifies illegitimate usurpation, corruption, nor any violation of any right, nor any implementation of the crimes based in the implementation of elitism and its inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice.
Where people are given uncommon privilege or freedom, or where people take uncommon privilege or freedom, or where people are excluded or denied equal participation social, political or economic, the legitimate government has ceased to exist and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation. Artificial ranking of persons, or inequitable distribution of work and wealth, or uneven access to social, economic or political participation, because of circumstances of birth, family, fraternity, school, certificate, artificial title, artificial degree or rank, race, religion, age, sex, or any conceivable trait of artificial categorization or ranking of human beings, destroys legitimate government and puts in its place illegitimate usurpation. Neither those who have called themselves Royals or Aristocrats, nor those who have called themselves Professionals or doctors in families of doctors, lawyers in families of lawyers, or other subservient Professionals of the same or presumed lesser universities, schools or fraternities, sibling, parent, issue, cousin, spouse, in-law, to one another, or any familial relationship, nor Preachers or Rabbis or other person of other religious titles or ranks, nor by any titles institutional, fraternal or otherwise, have superior economic, political or social rights, and all violations of law and of political rights and of human rights, of civil rights, of social rights and of economic rights, committed in the false presumption of earned or given superior economic, political or social rights, are crimes, and when committed by holders of governmental power or positions, capital crimes. Where people with titles of artificial degrees conferred by universities and corporations and other fraternities have monopolized the facilities and powers of government, legitimate government has ceased to exist and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation. Legitimate government does not recognize as legitimate nor does it facilitate elitism, inequity or exclusion, nor any of its customs or titles of ranks.
There are no superior people and no superior rights, by any measure.
Where the facilities and powers of government are reserved to individuals, fraternities, families or classes or groups of people, legitimate government has been destroyed and illegitimate usurpation stands in its place.
Where there is legitimate government, the wealth of the society and the benefits of legitimate government are shared equally among all the people and all the people participate in the work of the society and in the work of the legitimate government, and there is full employment, full pay and full benefits.
Where the wealth of the society has been gathered and hoarded, legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands criminal usurpation.
Where the manipulation of the government, of the society or of the economy, creates inequitable wealth, that some gather and hoard wealth, causing inequity, poverty, homelessness, hunger or other privation, starvation, desperation, violence, crime, long suffering, great suffering, early death or war, the legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation. The use of government power or position to implement or to facilitate the gathering to hoard the wealth of the society is capital crime. The ability to manipulate the government, the ability to manipulate the economy and markets, the ability to manipulate the political and electoral processes of the government, and the ability to exclude people and to prevent universal representation and participation neither bestow nor indicate any right to do so. To do so is capital crime which harms and destroys people and which destroys the legitimate government and its legitimate institutions and legitimate functions. To do so creates and exacerbates, makes to grow ever worse, the cycles of poverty, homelessness, desperation, violence, crime, long and great suffering, early deaths and war. To do so destroys the society, its legitimate government and its legitimate institutions, its industrial and other productive ability, its economy, its social and economic integrity, its natural wealth and produce and the natural environment requisite for life itself, as it destroys lives and causes long and great suffering and early deaths.
Ignorance of legitimate alternatives is no mitigation. Belief in religious concepts is no mitigation. Belief in social, economic, political or any or other ideal, self-learned or learned at universities, temples, churches or other schools or institution, or in families, fraternities, or by any means, is no mitigation. Insanity and inability to discern right from wrong is no mitigation. There is no mitigating factor in the guilt of having imposed elitism’s inequity and causing its produce of poverty, homelessness, hunger, starvation, other privation, desperation, acts of desperation, violence, crime, long suffering, great suffering, early death, strife among people, and war.
Legitimate government neither recognizes nor honours religion, nor philosophies, neither ancient nor modern, nor unproven or improvable theories nor unproven or improvable postulates presented as scientific, nor any concept of God, nor of any gods, nor of any demons or devils, nor of any superior persons by any measure or certification, neither chosen by God, nor by birth, family or culture, nor disciplined or formulated so by fraternities, schools, universities or other entities, nor any ethereal, nor magic, nor miracle, nor any commandment, rule, regulation or supposed law that contradicts the natural scientific law of the universe which can be observed, or that violates the natural social and economic law, or that violates the constitution or integrity of legitimate government, or violates any right of any person. The use of governmental power or position or influence in the imposition of religious disciplines, forced worship or allegiance, attendance in institutions, adherence to religious disciplines or rules, values or customs or rituals regarding food, sex, race, dress or undress, work or servitude, punishments, sacrifice, elitism, inequity, exclusion, or any other act that violates any right of any person or that causes suffering or death is capital crime. The proliferation or preaching or teaching of any religious ideal, custom or practice that advocates or causes the setting of people against one another for any of these reasons, or for membership or non-membership in the religion, or for belief or non-belief in any religious ideal or concept, or for adherence or non-adherence to any of these customs, rituals or practices, to fight, to make war or to deny any right of any person, is capital crime.
There are no superior people and no superior rights nor superior privileges by any measure, neither by rule nor custom religious, institutional, fraternal, private or public, neither by any certification institutional or otherwise, neither by universities, nor by corporations, nor by fraternities, nor by any persons or entities real or imagined. Where there is legitimate government, there are no superior persons, no divinely chosen or anointed persons, no persons of superior worth with superior rights, with supposed or presumed superior educations, supposed superior knowledge, superior culture, superior genes or blood or of superior families, superior fraternities, superior persons having superior rights, by any measure or for any reason imagined. Where there is legitimate government all people are equal in all respects and the artificial ranks and titles of illegitimate implementations are neither recognized nor honoured. Where the social and economic interaction of people is compelled or dominated by recognition of imagined titles and artificial ranks the legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation.
Neither the holding of artificial titles or imaginary ranks in universities, government institutions, other institutions or fraternities, nor the holding of elitist ideals, thoughts and beliefs taught in such places, is mitigation of the guilt for capital crimes which are caused by the implementation of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice.
All people have the right to enjoy common legitimate freedom, freedom to associate and to gather freely with other people, freedom to move about or to rest in one place, freedom to discuss and to speak regarding all subjects, freedom to hold and to give opinions and beliefs, freedom to work and to not work, to refuse oppressive imposition of labour, freedom to join with others in all legitimate endeavours, and freedom to withdraw from such associations. All people have the right to participate equitably in the sharing of the labour of the society and in the sharing of the wealth and benefits of the society with full participation in the society and in the functions of legitimate government, with full employment, full pay and full benefits, and all human rights, civil rights, social rights and economic rights. Where there is legitimate government, freedom from oppression is an inalienable right, and none have the right to impose religious ideals nor philosophical ideals nor political ideals to violate the right to enjoy common legitimate freedom. Where there is legitimate government, inalienable is the right to freedom from inequitable or compulsory labouring, freedom from labouring without equitable and just compensation, pay or benefits. Where there is slavery, where there is compulsory labour without protection from oppression and without equitable and just compensation, pay and benefits, legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation.
Legitimate government does not impose itself with brutality or violation of the rights of people. Where there is brutality or violations of rights of people, legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation. There are legitimate alternatives to human sacrifice, to brutality, to inhumane treatment, to placing people in cages, to violating human rights, to violating civil rights, to violating social rights, and to violating economic rights. Ignorance of these legitimate alternatives is no mitigation of the culpability in the commission of such crime.
All human rights, all civil rights, all economic rights and all social rights are inalienable rights where there is legitimate government.
Destruction of legitimate government is capital crime. Implementation of illegitimate usurpation is capital crime. Illegitimate usurpation creates poverty in the midst of plenty, and desperation, and violence, and crime, and long and great suffering, and early deaths, and war. Criminal usurpation can neither establish, nor sustain, nor restore, legitimate government, nor universal peace, nor universal goodwill, nor economy universal.
Where there is legitimate government, all people share equally in the government. Where there is legitimate government, the wealth of the society and the benefits of legitimate government are shared equally among all the people and all the people have the right to participate in the work of the society and in the work of the legitimate government, and there is full employment, full pay and full benefits. Where the wealth of the society has been gathered and hoarded, legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands criminal usurpation.
Where people are excluded from the sharing of the wealth of the society and from the sharing of the benefits of the legitimate government, where people are excluded from full employment, from full pay or from full benefits, or from the political processes, legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation.
Legitimate government does not facilitate the monopoly of markets for the purpose of increasing prices and gathering wealth to hoard. Where markets have been monopolize or manipulated to facilitate price increases to gather and to hoard the wealth through profits, rents, usury and dividends, the legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation.
Where the rules of institutions, corporations and other organizations are in harmony with the legitimate government and with the natural social and economic law there is peace universal, universal goodwill and universal economy. Where these rules contradict legitimate government and the natural social and economic law, there grows poverty in the midst of growing wealth, desperation, violence, crime, long and great suffering and early deaths as the society and its legitimate government and legitimate institutions are destroyed by growing illegitimate usurpation, elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice.
Where people are excluded from equal participation in the legitimate government, and where people are excluded from social equality and from equal participation in the economy, where people are impoverished and made homeless, and where people are gathered and controlled and contained and placed in cages and camps and prisons and jails and where people are put in chains, or forced to labour, or oppressed, or caused great or long suffering or early death, the legitimate government has been destroyed and in its place stands illegitimate usurpation. There are legitimate alternatives to all these criminal acts. Ignorance of these alternatives is no mitigation of the guilt in the commission of these crimes against humanity, human beings.
The function of the species Homo Sapiens, man, mankind, human beings, humans, is to husband this planet, Earth. The natural social and economic law provides that for peace, goodwill and economy, that for the society and the legitimate government to endure, that for the natural environment of the only known biosphere in the known universe to endure, for the human species and other living specie to endure, there must be equality of all persons in the whole of the human society, with full employment, full pay, full benefits and honour for all human rights, civil rights, social rights and economic rights, as well as honour for the rights of all living things and economic utilization and restoration of nature and all natural resources.
That which is social is economic. That which is economic is social. The two are one and cannot be divided.
Legitimate government harmonizes with the natural social and economic law to bring universal peace, universal goodwill and universal economy.
The function and responsibility of mankind in establishing, restoring and preserving the life of the only known biosphere in the universe and its requisite environments, establishing, restoring and preserving legitimate government, universal peace, universal goodwill, universal economy, human rights, civil rights, social rights and economic rights, is great and essential, and it becomes more difficult or impossible with the growth and spread of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, unemployment, and violations of rights human, civil, social and economic.
Personal or Corporate or Industrial destruction, pollution, contamination or poisoning of the environments of the planet, the land, air, water, forests, lakes, rivers, seas, and other essential elements for life, the destruction, pollution, contamination or poisoning of these things for profits and dividends, or for other reasons, is capital crime. Such destruction, pollution, contamination and poisoning is observable cause of poverty, famine, starvation, homelessness, plague, other deprivation of the essentials of life, and desperation and acts of desperation, long and great suffering, early deaths, war, crime and violence.
The use of governmental power or position, or the use of industrial or corporate power or position, or the use of any other power or position, to facilitate the destruction, pollution or waste of the requisites of the biosphere or environments of the planet, Earth, and the gaining of profits or dividends or other gain from the destruction, pollution or waste of these requisites, all, are capital crimes.
Just as there is no sovereign immunity for the crimes committed by persons holding governmental powers or positions, there is no sovereign immunity for the crimes committed by persons directing and implementing industrial and corporate functions that destroy the planet, its biosphere and the biosphere’s essential environments. Such crimes are not privileges, nor is there statute of limitations for prosecution for such crime.
Gaining of profits or dividends by the use of governmental power or position, or by the use of industrial or corporate power or position, to facilitate the destruction, pollution, contamination or waste of the requisites of the biosphere and environments of the planet, Earth, is capital crime.
Let those who would divide themselves, mentally, socially or economically, from the great majority population, to pretend to be superior and entitled to superior rights or privileges economic and social by virtue of supposed and presumed superior thought, superior intellect, superior philosophy, superior discipline, superior education, superior personal achievement or other circumstances, religion, belief, race, sex, fraternity, family, birth or any other possible artificial categorization or ranking of persons, persons called and calling themselves and perceiving themselves as Jews or other nomenclature proclaiming themselves Christians, Moslems, Buddhists, Wiccas, Zoastrians, Fundamentalists, Progressives, or any others, proclaiming membership and allegiance, exceptional fraternity, with like persons regarding belief in any religion or philosophy, or fraternity, or institution, Jew in families of persons perceiving themselves and calling themselves Jew, popes and priests and nuns and rabbis and preachers in families of ecclesiastics, royals and aristocrats in families of royals and aristocrats, doctors in families of doctors, lawyers in families of lawyers, the families of like and divers subordinate professionals, and other like families and persons, parent and issue, sibling and cousin, spouse and in-law, to one another, understand.
The alternative to equality social and economic, full employment, full pay, full benefits, honour for civil rights, social rights, economic rights and human rights, and legitimate government, is the growth of all this: Poverty amidst great growing and hoarded wealth, elitism, inequity, isolation and exclusion antisocial and uneconomic, human sacrifice by many nomenclature, killing, murder, manslaughter, execution, police or military action, and more, the destruction of the requisites of the biosphere and the atmosphere and the environments of the planet, Earth, and the destruction of the requisites of peace, goodwill, economy, legitimate government, the requisites of social unity of societies, and all known life, itself.
Universal economy, universal peace and universal goodwill can be achieved only where and when there is legitimate government, equality of all persons, and honour for the human rights, civil rights, social rights and economic rights of all people.
