For the people and gov./non-profit assistance. New storm predictions of dreamers-psychics past and weather storm patterns observed historic and remembered through prehistory oral tradition past to historic time.
From remembered psychic predictions and storm patterns past. Three disaster storms hit gulf and one storm hits San Diego area in following Jan.-Feb. Something in March in Thailand. New (third) golf storm in mid Oct. to mid Nov. was past prediction/(s). Occurred once during mid Oct-mid Nov, but skipped another phase cycle and hit two weeks later in late Nov. when everyone's guard was down. Old enough persons may remember something like this in the 1960's.
Oral tribal traditions talk of this same pattern 3 gulf to one sw west coast storm cycle back thousands of years, the news being spread via Mississippi travel and communication inter-tribal. Weather patterns supposed as sw west coast is hit thereafter often Baja or San Diego area. Once in history both were hit. Thailand prediction/pattern is more modern observed. Not to spread hysteria, but many didn't write of the second storm and then it did occur. It's the ocean, not god. Nino, not demon or angel.
Some of this is Dixon in the 60's, Brown, I think, also, remembering Cayce in the 1940's with something to say about Nino before it was a global common word, if that lends some help. It's also a Mad Bear, Mohawk, and Sun Bear, Annishinabe, prediction and described pattern; two world famous prediction-makers and oral tradition natural disaster pattern historians. It was Lenape-Shawnee-Ho-Chunk first though.
