The graphic photos of flaming 'limeys' jumping out of burning tanks recall similar scenes of Stalingrad, when a madman also launched an ill-advised invasion on an ex-ally in order to grab some Eastern oil fields.
Proposed history lesson for NeoCons(in future re-education camp housed in Guantanamo?):
A mad cabal of Empire aspirants, aiming to depose the regime of a brutal dictator, decided to launch a surprise blitzkrieg attack, in order to take control of the rich oil fields in the East.
Initially the invasion proved spectacularly successful, and the Chieftain of the self-proclaimed world's #1 military power predicted a scenario for his Invading troops. But the resilient locals had a brilliant strategy--sucking the aggressor troops into a protracted urban slugfest. Soon the foreign terrorists--who used massive tonnage of WMDs to kill thousands of innocent civilians--were quagmired into a nightmarish bloody killing field. Ultimately, the defeat at Stalingrad spelled the beginning of the end for the invasive Evil Empire.
The ultimate History Lesson?
Iraq's NOT W's Vietnam, but the NeoCons' Stalingrad!
