tell them animal rescue orgs. need resources for rescue, and that these animals should be saved, not shot!

Also call the Governor and request that the National Guard and anyone checking residences to rescue the animals as they come upon them!!!

Apparently the receptionist remarked that every call is logged and that not many requests have come in for this.
