W pal Brown to hand over FEMA 'sovereignty'

Today the Bush regime announced that FEMA boss M. Brown will hand over the 'sovereignty' of FEMA to a Coast Guard admiral. Homeland Insecure honcho Mike Chertoff is 'pre-empting' calls for his own 'handover' by firing his lieutenant.

If there is one thing the Bushwhacked Oil Cabal is capable, it is the ability to blame others(especially lower-ranked officials) for their own incompetence and outright criminal neglect of duty. This has been the signature character of the entire NeoCon Cabal's history. When the torture of Iraqi & Afghan prisoners came to light in 2004, Warlord Don and 'torture torcher' Alberto Gonzales denied any role in setting up the evil policies(even though written documents clearly prove the 2 officials culpable). When the clueless Chief Chickenhawk was asked on TV whether his administration made a single mistake since 9-11, the Coward from Crawford had a giant senior moment, and then quickly switched the subject.

This latest episode of incompetence & malfeasance(it was the White House that took money designated for levees in Louisiana to use for its illegal Invasion of Iraq) simply proves that the criminal Regime in Washington only knows one thing,

"Political Power comes out the (Pork) Barrel of a Gun
(war-profiteers like Halliburton, Boeing, etc.)"
