Thwart SOS July 4th a Complete Success

by stopsosnow Thursday, Jul. 07, 2005 at 11:31 AM

Thwart SOS July 4th a complete success.

Thwart SOS July 4th a complete success.

A small group focusing on infiltration successfully thwarted a stealth SOS plan to raise a conquering flag over the Baldwin Park Danzas Indigenas Monument on July 4th. Our operative was able to easily obtain an invitation to the supposed "inner circle" event organized by Old Preach.. The event was canceled at the last minute by One Inch who proved to a racist coward when he is with out his gun or police escort.

We also joined the SOS forum and we able to easily overwhelm their debates, as the racist Christians immediately revealed their true selves resorting to profanity and vulgarity. Sandinator is a personal favorite, organizer of the rally with the White Nationalists in Vicotorville.

The most successful infiltrators have been female, especially Latinas. It seems the racists must be sleeping only with their guns as they immediately swarm over any new female member.

Great Job!

Seriously? One of them was actually thinking they would hold a flag somewhere around the Monument and try to pretend it's some kind of victory for the white race or something? Was he trying to pretend he would be claiming a spot of America for whites or something?

I suppose I'll have to go check out the web site's forum postings myself and see if I can figure out what it was that motivated the unfoprtunate individual to consider such an act. Maybe he thought it was marking a piece of territory for all Americans or something.

Any way, kind of bizarre. Maybe after I read this forum's postings I'll better understand what motivates some of these people.

That's another thing. }:-} What makes these SOSMM people keep posting their amusing, pathetic desires in public where normal people can see them and smile? Is it that they just... can't... stop... themselves? Or is it that they can't see how amusing so many of their notions are? Like their "Mexicans cause earthquakes" thread?

The notion of symbolically trying to urinate on the community's Monument -- itself a symbol of diversity and the advocacy of _thinking_ before engaging mouth -- is _such_ a pathetically amusing notion that it's telling that not only did someone come up with the notion, once it was posted out in public for normal people to see, their forum's censors didn't quickly remove it.

For me, it's a toss up as to which is the most pathetically amusing: Trying to symbolically urinate on a Monument to racial diversity, or wondering aloud whether Mexicans cause earthquakes. }:-}

Dangers of Dihydrogen Monoxide DHMO

Dihydrogen monoxide is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and kills uncounted thousands of people every year. Most of these deaths are caused by accidental inhalation of DHMO, but the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide do not end there. Prolonged exposure to its solid form causes severe tissue damage. Symptoms of DHMO ingestion can include excessive sweating and urination, bloating, nausea, vomiting and body electrolyte imbalance. For those who have become dependent, DHMO withdrawal means certain death.

Dihydrogen monoxide is also known as hydroxl acid, and is the major component of acid rain.

It:

contributes to the "greenhouse effect."

may cause severe burns.

contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.

accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.

may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.

has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.

Contamination Is Reaching Epidemic Proportions!

Significant quantities of dihydrogen monoxide have been found in almost every stream, lake, and reservoir in America today. But the pollution is global, and the substance has even been found in Antarctic ice. DHMO has caused millions of dollars of property damage in the midwest, and recently California.

Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:

as an industrial solvent and coolant.

in nuclear power plants.

in the production of styrofoam.

as a fire retardant.

in many forms of cruel animal research.

in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.

as an additive in certain "junk-foods" and other food products.

Companies dump waste DHMO into rivers and the ocean, and nothing can be done to stop them because this practice is still legal. The impact on wildlife is extreme, and we cannot afford to ignore it any longer!

The Horror Must Be Stopped!

The American government has refused to ban the production, distribution, or use of this chemical compound due to its "importance to the economic health of this nation." Worse, military organizations--- the Navy is the worst offender--- are conducting experiments with DHMO, and designing multi-billion dollar devices to control and utilize it during warfare situations. Other branches of the military receive tons the substance through a highly sophisticated distribution network that's hidden underground, away from public scrutiny. Many military facilities store large quantities of DHMO for later use!

It's Not Too Late!

Act NOW to prevent further contamination. Find out more about this dangerous chemical. What you don't know can hurt you and others throughout the world.

For more information, see DHMO.Org, the Dihydrogen Monoxide Research Division, an unbiased data clearinghouse and a forum for public discussion of this serious public issue.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What this little warning message doesn't tell you is that "dihydrogen" just means "two hydrogen atoms," and "monoxide" means "one oxygen atom." Take a second and ask yourself a question: what do you get when you put two hydrogen atoms with one oxygen atom? Once you have answered that question, go back and re-read the warning message.

It is 100% facts, no lies.

Wow, Hex. Did you say you were also a chemist? The wonder never ceases. I thought I had done some school but ya got me beat, that's for sure.

I really don't care how much you think you know or don't know about the aerosol trailsthat now cover our skies, but water vapor they ain't. Unless you are now a meteorologist and can explain how contrails now expands at 20k+ feet above sea level until they cover the sky...

This should be good.

Report this post as:

you'd be surprised

by Hex Friday, Jul. 08, 2005 at 12:05 AM

you're right - they aren't water vapor - it's ice crystals

as to spreading around, ever hear of a jet stream ?

it's very windy at high altitudes, generally the higher you go the windier it is - so it follows that the higher an air mass goes the more it spreads out

also the air is thinner, so a mass expands as well

basic meteorology accounts for these effects - not chemistry (or in more exact terms, physical not chemical)

think mushroom cloud - the best example, look at footage from the above ground H-bomb tests they did in the 50's

I can grab some URL's to see them if you want

PS. I wasn't called the "Mad Scientist" for nothing - I was in charge of 2 chemical labs, got an electronics class started by my efforts in elementary school and was teacher's assistant in Chemistry, 2 Science and 2 Electronics classes within a *few days* after school/class started. One of which I started myself - ordered >30 Soldering Irons and all.. Delco donated us a bunch of equipment and I was in charge of scrapping it for parts to use in class, I set the curriculum, had my own assistants and determined the weekly test questions and exercises, etc..

In the second Electronics class (in high school) I also ran the radio station, was a station engineer, etc

The question isn't what I know - it's what you know

What I Know

by Sheepdog Friday, Jul. 08, 2005 at 12:13 AM

I know that ice sublimates RAPIDLY at those elevations and your jet stream theory is noise. This is a resent phenomena that has occurred in the last five years and was unknown before the '90s.

by Hex Friday, Jul. 08, 2005 at 12:27 AM

cirrus clouds ARE ice crystals and ARE at those altitudes - they go up to > 40,000' sometimes, so do thunderheads

they don't evaporate because it's extremely COLD up there, around -70 below zero, the higher you go the colder it gets, up to the edge of the troposphere (~ 120,000'), then it starts getting hot due to the solar radiation but there's no weather events THAT high up - it looks like space then (sky black with stars) even though technically it's still atmosphere...

You really need to study

you have no data to back up anything (and no pretty jet trail pictures from the ground are not "data")

Report this post as:

Heh

by Sheepdog Friday, Jul. 08, 2005 at 12:32 AM

And thunderheads are caused by massive air currents which pull water vapor into these drafts from a huge water source, not a jet engine. Please.

jet engine - basic chemistry

by Hex Friday, Jul. 08, 2005 at 12:47 AM

jet fuel, thousands of gallons, it's made of hydrogen & carbon

the hydrogen combines with oxygen in the air to make - tada !

water - thousands of gallons of water in the form of tiny droplets which freeze into ice crystals almost instantly

the carbon becomes carbon dioxide which *also freezes into tiny crystals of dry ice* at - 40 below or colder

so *all* that fuel becomes even more (in weight) tiny ice crystals both water and CO2

basic chemistry

you mean you *actually wondered what jet trails are NOT KNOWING THIS ?!?!*

wow

you get a "F" in chemistry as well then

And as for proof, I am not the one here who is the all knowing scientist.

I'm just reporting observed phenomena. You, on the other hand seem to be intent upon denial embedded in shallow sarcasm. I think I have read enough to be able to see disinfo when I come across it.

I just have one question - what stopped you all these years from picking up a book and educating yourself

and where were you in science class ?

they taught this in elementary school much less high school much less college !

I can't believe you didn't know thousands of gallons of hydrocarbons becomes even more water & CO2

where did you THINK the fuel went ?

it evaporated ?

(well actually it does at low altitudes - it's too warm to freeze or condense)

it that what threw you ?

Contrail research

by Skeptic Saturday, Jul. 09, 2005 at 4:21 PM

Quoth Sheepdog, regarding persistent or spreading contrails: "This is a resent phenomena that has occurred in the last five years and was unknown before the '90s"

WRONG.

This is a phenomenon which was observed as early as World War II, when airplanes capable of reaching contrail-forming altitudes first flew in large numbers.

I personally observed the spreading of contrails into a thin cirrus-type cloud layer back in the autumn of 1968.

What's happened is that the number of commercial flights has increased explosively over the last couple of decades. More high-flying airplanes means more contrails and more likelihood that people on the ground will notice them.

Once formed, a contrail is basically a long skinny cloud, and it's governed by the same physical laws which govern the formation, movements and lifetimes of other clouds. The factors which determine whether a contrail will form at all and how long it takes to dissipate are basically the temperature and relative humidity at the altitude and location in question.

The increase in contrail formation which has accompanied the growth in aviation has led to their being examined as a potentially climate-affecting change in cloud cover. There's some evidence that contrail cover is linked to changing average ground temperatures in the far north; these concerns have led to serious research aimed at predicting, on a near real-time basis, altitudes and flight paths where contrails are likely to form and persist, with a view to abating them.

Yes, and then they dissipated. They didn't expand. And we are discussing thousnds of heavy bombers in large formations, not single a/c.

' I personally observed the spreading of contrails into a thin cirrus-type cloud layer back in the autumn of 1968.'

I don't believe you. I have watch the skies myself for years and seriously doubt that you have seen any such thing.

And you are implying that the increase in air traffic has saturated the atmosphere? Now to allow these trails to remain there for hours now?

Please.

Science isn't about beliefs it's about FACTS

> contrail is basically a long skinny cloud

cirrus cloud - and they can hang around for weeks depending..

as Skeptic pointed out

He's discussing science, I'm discussing science - your discussing beliefs and mere observation AGAIN

so your "science" is composed of beliefs - sounds like religion to me !

If you can't or won't practice science perhaps you should defer to those who do - no ?

I realize you also fall back on your beliefs on the question of who to trust so I've been putting out extra effort to show you *I'm not your enemy* that I agree with and support most of what you say and will go up to bat for you by digging though my own archive to post data you desire or need

the website whatreallyhappened couldn't find, the microwave oven picture - I even commented and clairified it for you

I wouldn't try to help you and defend you from "fed up" if I was your enemy..

When I agree with a like-minded fellow scientist I give generous support

yes I do consider you a scientist but like all scientists you have to be responsible for your practice - you can't toss scientific method out the window when it suits you

if you do it's other kindred scientists duty to pick you back up and help you stand again as an equal so that *other scientists and laymen don't attack you* and push you away from scientific method as they don't know the difference

telling me to stuff it is pretty mean spirited when I help you - I didn't realize Billder = Sheepdog.

It's Sheepdog I've always liked

If I knew you were the same person I would have greatly curtailed my refutals and never teased "Billder" or posted the pic in fun, etc.

I wouldn't say this if I didn't mean it...

I always support other scientists as we are a minority within a minority and scientific method demands it

As to being mean spirited, should I gather all of the insults, snide asperions and other belittling comments you have typed, to show you just how hypocritical this statement is?

That's my input FWIW.

And I will continue to comment on the ridiculous notion that somehow the mechanics of cloud formation has changed to alter the process of high altitude sublimation as it pertains to these now expanding aerosol formations you call 'contrails'.

I suspect that you will respond with yet another volley of innuendoes about my, in your opinion, technical ignorance.

I've always been Hex back to 2001 so you know who you're dealing with..

You exploded *as Sheepdog* right after I posted the jibe at Billder about water being dangerous - why is that ?

Honesty isn't real high on your list is it ?

Why did the "punk" picture ___self-titled as Billder___ change to a less embarrassing "tough" one ?

Do I really need to post the screen shot to prove it ?

Both my archive and the wayback machine show it...

This is yet another jibe (sigh) and it is getting, as I wrote, dull.

Honesty is my highest priority here and if I shift my handle, that's called, security, from 'data miners' who seem to be very interested in compiling information about me.

Don't know why, but they have been engaged in attempting to lure me into various URLs which I wont touch with someone elses 10 foot pole.

If I am indeed paranoid (could be) it's because of the serious times we are living through.

My Dad was in counter intelligence and he ( God rest his soul ) and I had many discussions on the theme of security.

This colors my actions here.
