But the problem was related to the punctuation I was using and it confused the algorithm. Like the apostrophe bug in the title.

The new United Nations had provided a fund and function to transfer refuges to resettled after WWII. The targeted people were then told that their protection was temporary and they needed to 'relocate' to a safe area. A very successful program in the million plus Vietnamese, catholic, who then transfered south. Thus, the shit stew began to cook under pressure.
