Arrest of man on Venice Blvd.
LOS ANGELES, June 26, 2005--An Afrikan-descent man in his twenties was stopped by police for no apparent reason outside a busy shopping center on the 10000 block of Venice Blvd. at 5:05 pm.
The man asked, "What's the problem?" The officer responded, "You were loitering." The other officer swung the man around, handcuffed him, confiscated his wallet and other personal papers, and put him in the back of the police car. The police went through the confiscated documents on the trunk of the car and then drove away.
