AJB Enterprises have filed an application with the City of Pasadena to convert Pasadena's landmark Raymond Theatre and its adjacent parking lot into a commercial/residential mixed-use development.
At this hearing, the Design Commission will review major new modifications to the proposed development.
Please won't you consider what a few hours of your time will
mean to future of this landmark theatre.
Each hearing in the Design Review process is critical,
once decisions are made, they are final.
This Raymond Theatre needs the public's support
