Our own U.S. Army devised a plan commissioned by Congress to bring down the WTC using commercial airliners and box cutters as weapons.

The laundry list of terrorist warnings handed to the Bush administration prior to 9/11 makes the President and others look like "bumbling idiots or a bunch of conniving criminals" responsible for the mass murders at the Twin Towers and in Afghanistan and Iraq.

These are the harsh words of Timothy McNiven, an outspoken critic of the President's handling of 9/11 and a 29-year U.S. Defense Department operative still under contract with the government.

He says not only did the Bush administration purposely ignore Al Q'aida in the months preceding the WTC attacks, but the situation is even more disturbing, considering his military unit way back in 1976 devised a mock terrorist attack of the Twin Towers exactly like what occurred on 9/11.

McNiven, who first went public in an affidavit included in a 9/11-related federal conspiracy (RICO) lawsuit filed against Bush and others in 2004, claims his unit was ordered to create the "perfect terrorist plan" using commercial airliners as weapons and the Twin Towers as their target.

The publicized version of the study, commissioned by Congress, was to identify security lapses and submit corrective measures to lawmakers. However, McNiven claims the real purpose of the study was to brainstorm how to pull off the perfect terrorist attack using the exact same 9/11 scenario.

The study, commissioned to C-Battery 2/81st Field Artillery, U.S. Army, stationed in Strassburg, Germany in 1976, specifically devised the scenario of the Twin Towers being leveled by Middle Eastern terrorists using commercial airliners and even plastic box cutters to bypass security.

To silence critics, McNiven has successfully passed a credible lie detector test regarding his participation in the study as well as other specific orders given to him by his superiors in case of a real attack on the Twin Towers.

The head of the 1976 mock terrorist plan was Lt. Michael Teague of Long Island, who McNiven says was given specific orders by higher-ups in the military to use the Twin Towers as the terrorist target.

McNiven said he has been unable to contact Lt. Teague, but was interested in his opinion now that "the 9/11 attacks happened the way we planned them in 1976."

"I remember Lt. Teague changed the scenario of the supposed study from a 100 story building to the Twin Towers," recalled McNiven, emphasizing that Lt. Teague was acting on specific orders from unknown superiors.

"He then said he thought it was very strange to be asked to devise a plan to blow up your own home town. But as I watched the Twin Towers really collapse on the morning of September 11th, I realized I was watching the very same thing we devised in the 1976."

Since that ominous realization, McNiven has devoted his entire life to alerting the American public about the similarities between 9/11 and the 1976 study without much success, his story basically being ignored by politicians and the mainstream media.

"Why am I doing this? Why have I spent every waking hour trying to bring this story to the American people?" asked McNiven, claiming he still is following a strange direct military order given to him more than 25 years ago.

"During the course of the terrorist plan we were devising, I made the statement to Lt. Teague that if the WTC was ever attacked like we planned, I'd go public. I was then physically assaulted and told never to reveal anything we were doing regarding the Twin Towers."

However, about a week later a strange turn of events occurred. For no apparent reason, McNiven claims his superiors completely changed their minds.

"I was given the direct order that if the Twin Towers were ever attacked the way we discussed in the 1976 study, I was to do everything in my power to bring the similarities to the attention of the American people.

"I have no idea why they changed their minds, but I was then emphatically told that this order was never to be rescinded - never - because those who would rescind it, would be the very same people who turned against the American people."

Besides taking a lie detector to verify his story, McNiven has made public a detailed list of about 40 names of those individuals who took part in the mock terrorist plan, including Col. Robert Morrison, Maj. Joe Dipiero, Sgt. Middleton, Sgt. Arroyo and many others.

"There were also people from the Defense Department and the CIA who were monitoring the study, but I wasn't able to get their names," he added.

Some of McNiven's most recent assignments with the Defense Department include work on the Northwest Drug Task Force and various other drug smuggling and weapons trafficking cases.

They also came up with the whole Chemtrails deal too!

I have read scholarly articles implying that the Israeli intelligence agency, aka Mossad, knew before 9/11 that the attacks were going to occur. Also, don't you find it a little interesting that 3,000 jewish employees did not go to work in the World Trade Center that day?
This given, as well as the Mossad's much deeper entrenched intelligence operatives inside terrorist organizations, which are sadly much more extensive than our C.I.A's, makes this theory very probable or possible. Now what incentive would our "ally" have to allow a terrorist attack on a fellow ally? I can think of many motives. Plunge the U.S. into a much more active stance on war on terror? Solidify that terrorist activity is a large national security issue? Give us a taste of what they're going through to help them???
Perhaps the Mossad was even involved in our own governments shortcommings in the prevention of the attack. Maybe they have operatives in our own government....Who knows? Just a different perspective I thought of after I read this article. Being a U.S. Marine, I could not imagine a fellow American that would be capable of allowing such tragic attack on our soil. I hope I am right.

I've heard that story but have never seen a scrap of evidence that Jewish employees were warned not to come to work. How could that be done, anyway? What about people named Miller, for example. They could be Jews or non-Jews. And how would you tell for certain whether a person's name was Yiddish rather than German or Polish?
A less ridiculous rumor is the one that the Mossad warned Israeli businesses and offices to close down that day. Even if that happened, I doubt that it would result in 3,000 people not showing up at work.

Shortly after the PNAC document was published, links to it circulated on the anti-war and leftist email lists. This was not too long before 9/11. By the time Afghanistan was bombed, many people I met at anti-war demos were aware of PNAC, to the point where "have you heard of PNAC" was almost some kind of litmus test to see if you really knew what was up. (That, and stratfor were the hip info to know... and stratfor exposed the lies too... before becoming another annoying apologist for the Bush Admin.)

By 2002, even the right wing isolationists were starting to bring it up on their sites. By the time Bookman's story (linked) was published, it was "old news" to anti-imperialist and leftist news-junkies. The war machine and its house organs were blaring out the propaganda for hours at a time, and, anti-war demos of millions of people were getting 2-3 minutes on the news.

Even the loyal opposition, the Dems, went along with the plan, defending their actions with the excuse that they had secret info that helped them make better decisions.

This search engine option searchs legitamate articles written by professors, well-known newspaper/journalism agencies, as well as government agencies.

My take on politics is that it is all bullshit. The President would never go against what his Chief of Staff and Cabinet recommends to him. In other words, I believe it is nonsense to blame him for Iraq, if Clinton was in office, he would have done the same thing. Think about it, do you people actually believe that anyone with the responsibility of the Executive Branch would go against the advice of experts in the military, intelligence, international relations, etc.? I checked out your site that tries to claim that the video was a fake....
First off, NO ONE in the military is allowed to wear a cap indoors. It is standard procedure to wear it as soon as you step outdoors, and take it off as soon as you step indoors. This is coming from a person in the military.
Second. If you notice the color of the wall it is a brighter shade of the "military cap", the image can easily be mistaken as a optical illusion which looks like the shape of a "military cap" and is actually a shadow displaced onto the wall, hence creating the change of color...

Beyond the fact that there is absolutely no credible evidence that the Berg video is faked, there are other common sense reasons to render such a conspiracy theory a rather silly one.

First of all, why fake a video of a phenomenom (the beheading of a hostage by islamic savages) which occurs so frequently to begin with? certainly there's no real reason to fabricate something that occurs naturally with such frequency.

Secondly, if someone did want to fake it as a "false flag" why choose a victim who's hardly sympathetic. By all accounts he was in Iraq for, at best, finacial gain. He wasn't some human rights activist or altruistic journalist.

But the fact that the only "evidence" is , of course, found from all the usual cyber subjects, is enough to land this assertion squarely in the laughably dumb conspiracy theory file.

Right alongside 9-11 remote controlled airplane attacks, dancing Israeli's, faked islamist confession tapes and "chemtrails".
