Most Likely To Hack the FBI

The FBI's public email system, the one they use to contact the public and law enforcement, was hacked. Who is the most likely candidate for such an operation?

The FBI uses a commercial email system to contact the public. Contrary to their policy, according to recent articles in the press, they've also been using it to communicate with local police departments.

As anyone on IndyMedia knows, there is a criminal network called KOBEHQ that claims to have inside information from law enforcement and the FBI. KOBEHQ has not only hacked IMCs, but they have installed trojan horses on targets and monitored their email.

The FBI reports that their email was being monitored by the hackers. If I were an FBI agent, I'd begin my investigation with KOBEHQ. KOBEHQ has been flaunting the law for some time now, hacking systems, intruding upon networks, issuing death threats, etc.

Why hasn't the FBI announced who hacked them?

Could it be that rouge FBI agents or rouge cops are involved? We know, for example, that there are rogue FBI agents, rogue cops and an official at the Pentagon involved in KOBEHQ.
