Don't Get Arrested Your DNA will be taged.

by Just a Reminder Thursday, Nov. 04, 2004 at 9:00 AM

Even if the charge is dropped. You don't have to be convicted. Congratulations, fools.

You had better be real nice to the police because even a frivolous charge gets you tagged. Orwell shakes his head with amazement. He sure tried to tell us.
Y'all need to be told that you just got screwed.

rich people won't get tagged

by more rational Thursday, Nov. 04, 2004 at 10:02 AM

I think there was a strong conservative turnout this election, partly in reaction to a number of liberal ballot measures. So, shitty laws like this one, and 64, got through.

The damned rich people won again.

It's Unconstitutional!

by nahui Thursday, Nov. 04, 2004 at 1:08 PM
moxicana@yahoo.com

The 5th Amendment in the Bill of Rights protects the people by allowing us to retain our right to withhold self-incriminating evidence, for example, one we all know (law breakers or not) the right to remain silent, which includes self-testimony in court, providing urine sample(s), fingerprints, etc. None of this should be obtainable unless the individual has given consent, and usually that is under the legal advise of an attorney. Please look up and read ROCHIN V. CALIFORNIA and you'll see when this decision was made and how it has been interpreted and applied to law in order to protect our civil rights.
Good eye OneEyedMan - I'm sure we're not the only two that noticed this violation on our freedom...again.

Misuse of DNA Evidence

by Broken Strand Friday, Nov. 05, 2004 at 1:32 PM

This paves the way for completely new forms of prosecutorial malfeasance.

Suppose, for example, they take your DNA sample and use it to clone an exact copy of you. During the time the cells are dividing in the test tube, they bombard your clone with images and sounds of mayhem and murder. The clone then squirms out of its test tube, grows to full size within two weeks on a diet of raw red meat, is released into the wild and immediately commits a horrific crime. Prosecutors gather DNA evidence from the scene and arrest...YOU! Meanwhile, your clone is sent off to fight and die in Iraq, removing all exclupatory evidence.

After this second stolen election, DO YOU STILL THINK IT COULDN"T HAPPEN?!!! Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that Karl Rove is not your President!!! Next kommt der Arnold fur der Tausend Jahr Reich!!!!!

:-)
