If you get a message that you have not supplied author when trying to public pictures just re-select your images and then hit Publish button again.

When I published I got an error stating that I had not provided an Author value when in fact I had provided one. The form that came up with that message had all of my original data except for the images that I had selected for upload. The Author field was replaced by a simple text value that was the value that I had entered. So, I just re-selected the images I wanted to upload and hit publish again and it WORKED.
I noticed that there are NO PICTURE STORIES published other than mine today so that I why I am publishing this information. You may not have the problems that I did.
