Support Needed immediately! 16 Activists arrested Saturday night!
PLEASE CIRCULATE: SUPPORT ORANGE COUNTY EARTH FIRST!
At 8pm on Saturday August 21st, activists with Orange County Earth First! participated at a home demonstration at the President of Rutter Development Corporation's house in Newport Beach, California. Rutter Development Corporation has plans to cut down 49 acres of old growth oaks to build high priced homes in San Juan Capistrano.
16 activists were arrested. 9 were minors who were realeased into the custody of their parents. 3 were bailed out. 4 other are being held on $20,000 bail. These 4 adults are on hunger strike. Please call the Orange County Jail in Santa Anna to demand their immediate release and to drop all charges: 714-647-4666.

Nicholas Hensey. Booking Number 2206114. Charges: Vandalism of $50,000 or more. Conspiracy to commit a crime.
Timothy Wright. Booking Number 2206115. Charges: Charges: Vandalism of $50,000 or more. Conspiracy to commit a crime.
Hector Ventura. Booking Number 2206112. Charges: Vandalism of $50,000 or more.
Paul Barron: Booking Number 2208113. Charges: Vandalism of $50,000 or more.
