Imagine standing up to denounce tyranny and finding that anonymous cowards were so frightened of what you had to say that they began a relentless smear campaign, based on libel. Well, that's what happened to me.
For three years I've attempted to take an approach that did not involve taking anyone to court. Unfortunately, non-litigious efforts had no effect. It would be neurotic to continue trying what has not worked, so I am changing my approach. All further steps will involve the courts. Stay tuned. In the coming months those steps will be underway.

A smear campaign traceable to my former employer, a defense contractor in Austin, Texas, has been harassing IndyMedia websites by posting false articles in my name. This former employer works for the Information Awareness Office (DARPA), the CIA and the NSA. I was employed at this defense contractor in the capacity of Director of the Programming Department until I began an online campaign to expose the unconstitutional activities of the Information Awareness Office. Upon doing so, the anonymous cowards at this defense contractor began harassing me online. The online harassment has included death threats, threats against my family, false publications using my name which have included threats against government officials. In addition to a series of posts demanding the I kill myself, the harassment operation has attempted to frame me with the aforementioned false publications.
Due to their harassment, I have been forced to shut down my former websites. This website was created in order to provide a central repository for my writings. It is a means of verifying my authorship.
In order to subvert their attempt to misuse my name, I no longer publish ANYTHING on IndyMedia in my name. Anything I publish on IndyMedia will use a disposable pen name. These disposable pen names will be used once and only once. After using a disposable pen name, I will not use it again.
