Anybody seen this guy? He comes and goes as a wisp of wind capturing the souls of people and places on film. I thought I took his picture once, but the negative was blurry, kind of messed up. I know he is out there, somewhere, clicking...filming, but where? If anybody knows, contact the San Gabriel Valley Vigil Squad, high praise for photographic reporting awaits this phantom shutterbug.....
