1/ GW Bush to write a letter surrendering to bin Laden and begging him not to decapitate any more Americans or fly any more passenger jets into buildings. "Dear bin, We are laying down our arms and coming out with our white flag raised high." Look for a tall guy waving the flag (John Kerry will be carrying the (white) flag).

2/ America to unilaterally withdraw from Afghanistan apologizing to Allah and Mullah Omar for our intervention there. Karzai to be evacuated with US troops.

3/ Saddam to be reinstated as dictator in Iraq and then US troops withdrawn. The new Iraqi government and the Kurds to fend for themselves. Dennis Kucinich to be appointed American Ambassador to Saddam.

4/ We defer to France, Russia, and the UN on all foreign matters in the future. No more going it alone.

5/ Our new top priority is to make them stop hating us. We plan to do that by kissing their asses, sucking them off, and having Dick Cheney burn the American flag live on Al Jazeera and CNN.

6/ We are breaking all diplomatic relations with Israel and cutting off all military and financial aid to Israel. Henceforth we will divert those funds and weapons to Arafat, Hamas, and Hezbollah to do with as they please. All mention of Israel and Jews will be expunged from public school textbooks.

7/ In an effort to soften the image of the United States abroad, we will apologize to North Korea and Iran for any unfortunate remarks that our President may have made.

8/ We'll be withdrawing all American military forces from the region. Mr. bin Laden, you may now consider all of the following to be fair game: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, etc etc.
