Let it be known that George Bush is unwelcome at the ceremony commemorating the 60th anniversary of D-Day
affiche-vg_dday_ang.jpg, image/jpeg, 282x400
On the 6th June, an important ceremony will be held on the beaches of Normandy, France, to commemorate D-Day, the landing of allied troops in 1944, come to liberate France and Europe from Nazi occupation. Many world leaders will be present, including George Bush. Bush (whose family made a fortune doing business with the Nazis), does not represent that America which fought for freedom, but a sombre America, arrogant and imperialist. Bush must not be allowed to steal the memory of those Americans who crossed the waters to save Europe, many of whom never returned home. Here is a poster that can be printed and passed around... PDF low definition (170 Ko) : http://www.overmydeadbody.org/images/articles_images/dday/affiche-l_dday.pdf PDF high definition (2,4 Mo) : http://www.overmydeadbody.org/images/articles_images/dday/affiche-hd_dday.pdf Joseph Rabie The "Over My Dead Body" Project + - + - + - + - + - + - + - + - + - + - + - + - + The "Over My Dead Body" project is a world wide, online, virtual demonstration, politicising the major themes of globalisation and the economy, the environment, antiracism, gender issues, etc. The federating platform is the promotion of "the politics of generosity" to unblock the stranglehold of financial and nationalist self-interest upon the world's destiny. It is evident that the war against Iraq enters within a definition of corporate imperialism: thus protest against the war and its aftermath is part of the "Over My Dead Body" project's agenda... http://www.overmydeadbody.org People are invited to participate, and are represented symbolically in the demonstration by their name, place of residence, and if they so wish, photo, and virtual placard. Thus people from the four corners of the globe may march together, and in this way the demo is a powerful and active metaphor for fraternity. Take a moment to watch people pass by, seeing where they come from and what they say.

I'm ashamed of my fellow "Americans"... so blinded by hatred and arrogance that they have turned their ire towards their traditional friends and allies. To express the monstrous desire that France should have been wiped off the face of the map after "we" defeated the Nazis, is not only an ugly and repugnant expression of fascist ideology... it also flies in the face of historical fact. The Nazi military machine conquered France by overwhelming might... NOT because the French are "whimps." The heroes of the French resistance gave the Nazi invaders hell, and moreover, supplied the allies with intelligence that helped lead to the defeat of Nazism.
Anyone with an IQ higher than George Bush's views the French people and their great accomplishments with warm regards and admiration. Real Americans will always be friends with the French people... as well as all the people of the world. I apologize to everyone for those knuckle dragging flag waving goons who like to portray themselves as patriots, but are in fact nothing but brownshirts at heart. LONG LIVE FRANCE!

-----WAKE UP, Pierre. It's 2004 and the days of counting on the frogs for anything but grief are LONG....OVER.
"The heroes of the French resistance gave the Nazi invaders hell, and moreover, supplied the allies with intelligence that helped lead to the defeat of Nazism."
--------That was then, THIS IS NOW, when the french refuse to lift a finger against islamo-fascists. It's the french alone who have slowly turned France into a police state before our very eyes.
Real Americans will always be friends with the French people... as well as all the people of the world.
------Since that's the case, I recommend you go to Syria draped in an American flag. See how long your "friendship" lasts with your head on a pike. Certain realities are bound to escape people who flatly deny the evil of communism.
"I apologize to everyone for those knuckle dragging flag waving goons who like to portray themselves as patriots, but are in fact nothing but brownshirts at heart. LONG LIVE FRANCE!"
----Apologize for your own naivety, clown. How many times are you tired-ass REDS going to accuse your betters (aka the Right) of being brownshirts when you blindly believe everything socialist turds like gore, clinton, kerry, dean, nader and chomsky say? "the earth is heating up! secondhand smoke kills!"
-----America can't survive under the non-leadership of spoiled children. That's why demoshits are out of power, and hopefully will be permanently.
