Tre Arrow's next two hearings are both set for Monday, May 31st in Vancouver B.C. The first , an Admissibility for Refugee Status, is scheduled for 10am, followed by a Realease (bail) hearing. If he is found admissible for refugee status, then he could potentially be released. Contributions are urgently needed for bail and legal expenses.

Political organizer Tre Arrow is currently in Canada fighting extradition to the US, where he is accused of participating in arsons at a logging company and a gravel company.

Please contribute to the cause,no amount is to little - If everyone reading this pledged per month we would have what we need to fight the governments campaign against Tre. So please talk to your friends, inform others, and spread the word. There are no small contributions to justice!

I with Tre today, and he says he is thankful for the outpouring of support from around the world, as well as the continued support, backing, and unconditional love of his family (who do not want any contact from or with the corperate media). He thanks everyone who has been expressing their solidarity and support to him, especially those helping with defense funds and fundraising.

Send contributions to TALDF 125 NE 83rd Portland, Oregon 97220. Please make checks out to "Tre Arrow Legal Defense Fund", Or "TALDF". ALL contributions are used exclusively for bail and his legal defense.

Write to Tre, share your solidarity and let him know he is not alone:

(he respectfully requests that you write on recycled/reused paper ~he is being persecuted for dedicating his life to the defense of the Earth, and commitment is very real. As much as he loves hearing from folks, it's not worth killing a tree over, so use used)
