My name is Nick Evans and I was just let go by the FBI who had detained me a little while earlier along the street. From the last I saw Robert Middaugh was still in handcuffs. We were driving along the road when the FBI had pulled us over. An FBI agent with a machin gun or rifle looking type gun first told Rob Middaugh to get out of the car then myself. They handcuffed both of us and split us apart by a little distance. They then tried some small talk and asked me some questions and told me they were there for Rob and that I was detained and now I was released and I could go. When I saw Rob last he was surrounded some by FBI agents and also members of the Riverside Sherrif Department. He was sitting on a curb. I just heard from Rob's fiance that she was told by the county jail where he is now booked he will be held in the county jail for 6 days and then will be transfered to Chino Prison. He was arrested because of supposedly violating parole.
