the way to an established tent-city

A tent-city spells freedom and an eventual end of money- the lazy will find themselves dedicating all of their energy to not allowing it- though it's inevitable.
The excuse will be a preconception of crime and drugs, though some would say that the current situations are already at that state- the reality is that when people see that they do not have to pay rent anymore, they will not... then it's all gardens and sharing from there on in.
I'm trying to get in front of a judge so I can get a ruling on the 'right to sleep'- whether or not, the court's intent will be revealed- imagine being the judge that says you have to pay to dream.
