What a concept. It's going to be hard for the Right to claim punks after this one.

Where is 420fordean.com?

Dean's a blue-blood and a moderate. He's not the next Reagan or Bush by any stretch. He's not Kucinich either. Still... What are you gonna do? He's the popular one right now. At least he has some experience with universal health insurance, which is a hot topic these days. I'd be really depressed if Lieberman were the popular one.

Also, punk is not what it used to be. Punk today is a fashion you buy at the mall, and the popular bands are not political.

Wish we had someone to vote for, in a system that wasn't totally controlled by big money?

Politics

by Citizen X Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 at 1:42 AM

I do think all politicians are beholding to special interests.

I tend to trust the Republicans over the Democrats because their special interests (business) are more respectable than the Democrat's special interests (organized labor and trial lawyers).

Lieberman seems to be the only Democrat with Presidential caliber qualifications. He's a bit too much Pro Israel for me.

GW Bush hasn't been a bad President considering all the problems that dropped onto his plate. I'd say he's done a pretty good job.

Bill Clinton would certainly not be up to the challenges faced by Bush. He tagged himself with the '"liar" label early on and it stuck.

I''ll probably vote for Bush.

I find nothing funny about it. I love that group and I think what they are doing is important. You can disagree with who they are promoting but you can't disagree with the need and desire to get young people registered to vote.

Comments like yours turn people off. Instead of insulting a site because you don't like the candidate you really should take a hard look at what they have accomplished.

And no, I'm not for Dean.
